Thank you so much Gloria! back to having my favorite ice This ice maker was fantastic for the first 6 months. It made ice quickly, was easy to use, and looked great on the counter. I was genuinely impressed and really enjoyed using it daily. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped working. It still powers on and makes loud noises like it’s trying to make ice, but nothing ever comes out. I’ve tried cleaning and restarting it, but nothing helps. It’s disappointing, especially since I took good care of it and expected it to last longer. I really loved this product while it worked, and I wish it had held up better over time.

Purchased July 2024, worked great. Most reviews said it was loud, not gonna lie, it’s noisy, so I placed it in my pantry and all was well, even though I could still hear it. It got louder and louder until all I got was an extremely loud buzzing sound, louder than my smoke alarm. Afraid it would catch fire, ( outside was extremely hot to touch) I unplugged it and haven’t used it since. I’ve contacted the company for a replacement, left a message. They returned my call within 5 minutes, texted me instructions to clean the ice maker with vinegar and purified water x3. Will update after this is done. Update: I cleaned the ice maker as instructed, it got worse and stopped making ice. I sent a video to the company showing the water in the reservoir and the machine on and all it would do was squealing noises. They texted me back and asked if I wanted a replacement, I had it within 3 days. Great customer service! Update: I followed the cleaning instructions, and the ice maker is working like a boss. Would upgrade to 4 stars if I could. Customer service was great.

I initially bought this as a mother's Day gift and it worked AMAZINGLY for 3 months, then suddenly started making a horrible sound and wouldn't produce ice. Amazon didn't have the correct customer service info then, so I was SOL until recently. I reached out and even though a lot of time had passed, they were able to help me. I was so happy because this was not an insignificant purchase for me! A week ago the new ice maker arrived. There was some oil on the side (probably from getting jostled in transport) so I wiped it, ran the machine through cleaning mode, and so far, it's been really good. It makes a nice amount of nugget ice pretty quickly. It's heavy, but I can easily bring it to the sink to drain. Push a button to make ice. Hold the button to clean. It's very easy to use. I really hope this one holds up because $200 for 3-6 months of ice is way too pricey.

I purchased this litte ice machine in March of this year. The size was perfect for my bar area. The design is not good. In order to fill it, you have to pour water into the resevoir under the ice basket which means you have to lift the dipping basket out first. The ice is chewable but doesn't freeze solid so it melts quickly and the ice basket is not enlcosed so it melts over time. It drains back into the machine to be forzen into ice again. The machine has a motor and fan which over time became increaslingly louder and louder. It didn't seem to be producing ice as quickly either. When it runs out, it shuts off which is a nice feature but the last few times it ran out, the motor/complressor continued to run and was piercingly loud. I shut it off. When I refilled the resevoir, it made the same peircing sound but the ice mechanism never turned on. I called the number on the manual several times and left messages. The number is for an electric appliance supplier in California but I never hear back from them. I attempted to chat with them but after providing them with the information they requested, they never responded. I was just asking for troubleshooting options and never heard back. I gave up and bought a new machine at Costco. At least that way, if the machine is faulty, I can return it, no questions asked.

I wanted to express my sincere disappointment regarding my recent experience with your extended warranty service. I purchased the warranty in good faith, trusting that it would provide protection and peace of mind should my product stop working. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. After being asked to submit a 10-minute video of the malfunctioning ice maker—which I explained multiple times I could not safely provide, as the unit does not power on and poses a potential fire hazard—I was told I would still need to wait 7–10 days for a decision. To then be informed that the warranty would not cover the replacement has been extremely frustrating and disheartening. I paid nearly $300 for this product and warranty that failed to deliver when it was needed most, and for a product that didn’t even last a year and a half. This entire experience has left me very disappointed in the brand and the lack of support provided. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously, as customers rely on warranty programs to stand behind their products—especially when safety and reliability are in question.
