Was great for 3 months. Then it stopped automatically turning off when the water was low. Kept trying to pump water when there was none. I think the motor burned out. Could get no support when I contacted Amazon. Update: While the machine did stop working after 3 months, after my review the seller contacted me and asked if they could send a replacement. I happily accepted. The replacement is working great although it hasn’t yet been 3 months - so the final verdict remains to be seen. But I felt I needed to update my reviews to reflect the excellent sand proactive attention given to me by the seller.

This is awesome! We got it for our rv and we absolutely loved it! It was quick and made a lot of ice for our family of 6. If it ran out, you shortly had a whole other batch of ice ready to go. I guess the only bad thing is it's very loud. We kept it outside while we were traveling so it wasn't an issue for us. It does get dirty quickly (even being inside) so be ready to clean it out often.

My husband bought this for me for my birthday, and I have used it every single day since it has arrived. It makes the perfect ice that’s easy to chew and very soft. I love that it is small and compact and fits perfectly on our counter. And also has a scooper holder. It feels the basket completely up with ice and in my opinion it’s just enough for one large cup of ice, which I chew on daily. It’s amazing and I highly recommend this icemaker, considering our refrigerator does not have an ice maker. The ice maker is extremely quiet, and the ice falls down almost silently. I haven’t heard the ice fall not once into the basket. It’s very easy to use, drain and clean. So far this is the best purchase of 2023 and in years! I am absolutely in love!

I have only had the machine a week, but once I went through the initial cleaning process and made ice, it was wonderful. I was concerned that other reviews said it was loud but I was not disturbed by the sound at all. I really like the texture of the ice and how quickly it is made.
