    • Writes like paper! Easy to learn
No negatives here. Aside from some confusion about delivery. It feels like paper and has negligible lag time when writing. I bought this for not take it in my practice. I’ve had it a week and so far it’s been flawless. I’d complain that the converting writing to text is poor, except that my hand writing is so bad that half the time I can’t read it my self!     • Amazing Solution to End scraps of paper!
I observed a collegue using this at a conference. Since I go through a small notebook of paper about eery other month, I thought this might be a great solution. As with every product, there is a learning curve, but so far I am loving it. I can delete pages when finished, or keep notebooks by client - a great solution. Now I just have to work on my handwriting - so I can read something I wrote a month ago! Great, great solution for me. ... show more

    • Tags, Labels, and Highlighting not what you would expect
You cannot flag regions in notebooks or sections of text in any useful way. All you can do with their tag system is mark an entire page. This is a really big deal to me and kills the utility of the device. For example, when taking notes during a meeting, if a topic comes up that you would like to flag for follow-up or otherwise tag, you cannot flag just that note as an action item or to do. I expected, based on their adverstising, that tags would be much like post-it note style flags indicting important things within the notes. Nope: all you can do is flag the whole page as relevant. Imagine taking notes during a class and having the professor say, after a sepcific problem, "and that will be on the exam!" There is no way to flag just that little bit of info in a meaninful way without creating a new page and tagging the whole page. The workflow there is terrible. Further, while reading a book or PDF, if you wanted to highlight a section, an equation, or a phrase, a tag would be great to make it easy to organize your notes later.     • Love, Love, Love - finally found my notebook!!!
I had tried the Rocket book, but did not like. I love the Remarkable 2 ... it is just taking me a little while to learn all of the tricks. I LOVE that I can write with different feeling pens ... I am a sharpie girl for notebooks, and I love the options and how they feel.

    • He loves it!
I gave it as a Christmas present and he is using it daily and loves it for notes and sketches. Lightweight, easy to use and can be saved and transferred to his regular computer to save a pdf. I recommend it.
