I would recommend this collar to anyone who is looking for a very sturdy clip on a collar. The metal that it’s made of does not come loose easily, and is very easy to adjust. I personally have bought multiple of these collars for both of our pit bulls, who wear a size large And now just purchased one for our Frenchie. These collars last months without getting dirty or worn for us with the benefit of being extremely sturdy. My only complaint about this brand would be that I am not as fond of their leashes that match the collars I feel that the leashes should be thick for bigger dogs, so keep that in mind if you were trying to have a matching set between the collar and a leash. ... show more

Bought this for our 6-month old Malinois. Our trainer said it’s best to use a flat collar that is 1”, which is safer for his neck and won’t hurt his trachea if he pulls. I use it primarily for taking him out to do his business and couple it with a retractable to give him more space to move while still monitoring him. Love these collars for both of our dogs and bought them again. Appreciate the metal buckle instead of flimsy plastic for our 85 lb dogs. Sturdy and pretty. You should know the colors fade over time. Was surprised to see how bright the new ones are. But even faded they are pretty.
