Their customer service is really nice. They answered me and fixed the problem very quickly. The ice maker itself is fine, and it's fast, only taking 8 minutes. I don't think the ice-making process is too loud. The only issue is that the switch button is not clear on how to make it stop.

I really want to like this ice maker. I really do, but I kind of have a little regret from the order. First off, it's sturdy and built well, and makes ice pretty quickly. I was kind of tired from buying ice, which is very cheap and works well because I never have room in the freezer to make my own. So having this to make ice made sense, at the time. It does look very nice on the counter, but that's kind of one problem I have with it. It look nice on the counter, but I don't want it there. Now I have to find a place to store it, which just adds to all the other appliances I have stashed away, waiting for when they are needed. Another problem I have with it is, even though it makes ice pretty fast it seems to work very hard and I know it's using a lot of energy. I'm not happy about that. And lastly, and most importantly, the ice it makes is kind of soggy. Yes, it's frozen, but it's all very wet as if it's starting to melt as soon as they make it. Maybe it's just mine, but it's very damp ice. I thought maybe it's because the AC components need to sit upright after being turned on it's side during shipping, like a freezer or fridge should sit after being on it's side. I gave it several days, and several tries but the ice still seems to melt as soon as it's made. Still, it's nice to have and I still like it enough to have found cupboard room for it.

The overall ice maker is nice. It makes ice in about 15 minutes, although I wish the ice itself was smaller. It does come with a scoop.

Easy to use. Good value. Pro tip: Do not leave the ice in there. It will melt. It makes the ice but doesn't keep it frozen so it's best to empty the basket in a container in the freezer.

I truly partake in this ledge quick ice 3D square producer. The blocks are little, so know about that, yet it makes them extremely quick. I have several ziplock sacks brimming with ice in my chest cooler now, yet truly, that is presumably pointless excess with how quick this thing makes ice on request. It says it makes ice quickly and can create 26 pounds per day. I purchased this one to trade my Igloo I had for a considerable length of time which we needed to fix once with new parts yet presently no parts that broke merit the cash to fix it so we purchased this one thus far following two or three days it has gone constant making the long slug ice I like so well. Going without an icemaker for seven days was horrendous haha as I drink chilled green tea the entire day and tea liquefies ice so quick. The crate that holds the ice is a piece little, however this isn't tremendous - and it stops consequently once full - so assuming you will host a major get-together or are preparing for a major party and need to fill some ziplock packs with ice, be ready for a few dumps.
