just got these yesterday and the quality is really good. my countertops are 34" from floor to bottom of counter and these fit my 6' body nicely as well as my shorter family members. the faux leather, stitching and buttons are of a good build quality, the swivel is smooth and works well. Putting the chairs together is straight forward and very diy beginner level. The weight is nice, heavy as it should be for safe chairs. Chairs are level but if your floors aren't flat, the screw in pads work great. the COLOR of this caramel leather brown looks amazing with my black cabinet and white countertops. Feel like I'm in a luxury sports car. comfortable pads for your butt and solid back rest. The foot rests are at a good spot, probably better for shorter people, but I'm comfortable. I was nervous buying these on amazon without sitting in them first but I do highly recommend these. The price was very good compared to a bunch of stools I looked at on amazon and wayfair. Chairs are beautiful, but I couldn’t put them together. Parts were missing. I didn’t get any swivel plates and I was missing one set of hardware. Amazon assistance says that they cannot replace missing parts. I can either refund, which I had already taken the large parts out of the box, so that’s a hassle, or contact the manufacturer.
