TWO important things to know: 1. Product came in TWO, separate shipments. The second box came in a couple days after the first one's delivery 2. Assembly instructions are poorly drawn in some parts. Refer to my pictures instead of some of the instruction's pages PROS - Fun play set - Sturdy - Not very heavy to move around - Reasonable pricing - Fun stickers for the kids to attach to the fully-assembled parts, though they will eventually fade due to sun exposure CONS - Assembly instructions were frustrating in some parts because the drawing did not match how the product actually needed to be assembled (for example, the stairs to the slide and the basketball/soccer goal component) Would we purchase this again? Absolutely. If you can get past the poor assembly instructions, this product is actually quite nice.

We recently purchased this swing set, it’s been only 2 days and the front support of the swing broke and my son fell down. He is only 20lb and it’s not like he is heavy or overweight. This is a serious issue and I wouldn’t even rate 1 star. My son hurt his nose when he fell down. No parent or a little baby should have to go through this because of the cheap quality of the product. I am surprised how can a company sell such a product without being banned. This fall has completely ruined the experience for him and for us. I really condemn such a product and the company selling it. I feel like I to need to talk to someone right now to fix the situation. I have dropped the sellers a message on 3/6/2021 and waiting for them to reply back.

Great purchase. Got this for my 8 mo old prior to coronavirus and I'm glad we did. Assembled it for indoor use. Easy to assemble and we use it daily. The swing is a bit hard (plastic) so i have a thick blanket rolled up to make it more comfortable. The 2 balls and rings it comes with is great too, my baby still plays with those as well. We didn't put water or sand in the base yet but we might once baby gets heavier. Would recommend.

Swing piece “snapped” and my toddler (15 months) grandson fell to the floor. Thankfully, he wasn’t hurt! Reached out to the seller with no reply. My grandson absolutely loved the swing before then. I’d had it only 2-3 days before this happened. We put the slide in its place...but he really loved that swing! It may have been a defect on solely the set that I bought, but please be careful!
