Not easy
This machine was easy to install, however, the workout was difficult then expected. It was hard to lift myself on this machine not sure if I'm doing something right but I will keep trying. I am sure that this is a great machine after all the great reviews it has. I guess time will tell.

Love it, great ab machine
I love this, getting a great ab workout! Very easy to assemble, very sturdy, pads comfortable and good on knees, extremely easy to use. I worked on it 20mins and I can feel sore on the second day from the lowest part of my abs, around my sides, and up to my lower rib cage. THIS MACHINE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY.

good abs
This machine is really good for your abs. It allows you to adjust your height to get the right amount of exercise to tone your abdomen. It has a small LCD screen that helps you keep track of how long and how many times you're doing it, the mat feels great on your knees and forearms when holding the handle, and it's especially easy to set up, very nice machine
