Visually appealing product. The cushion is/are comfortable. However there is no L wrench with the pieces and none of the ones I own fit the hole... they’re all too big so that was annoying. Also - the first chair was fine, the second has the wrong holes set up so after you get the cushion and the back assembled the side pieces are off on chair #2 . In my review opinion, you can spend $150 on a solid set of bar stools elsewhere on Amazon and not have this issue. What’s done is done.

The chairs look beautiful! With that said, the wood is not the greatest, seems very cheap and flimsy so when you tighten your screws, BE CAREFUL because the wood will crack. It happened to me with two separate legs on the chair. Assembly is difficult. Hard to get the screws into the holes without cracking the wood. The cushions seem fine. I wonder how they will hold up with continued use.

While these chairs appear aesthetic these are not functional for everyday use. The wood or what appears as wood, is thin breaks easily. Customer service with this company is non existence, was told I would have a replacement back in April, it's now late June. They wait until you no longer can claim a refund for the order... Beware.
