I love these barstools! They make our kitchen look up-to-date without being overly modern. The low profile is one of my favorite features - our previous stools were bulky and took over the look of the kitchen. But these ones are sleek and low profile which almost fit under the counter. They are sturdy and don't rock or creek and they were easy enough to put together. Love that the legs are solid wood, you can tell when screwing in the footrest ring bolts. Love love love these. Did I mention that I love them? Lol. These are super easy to put together. Yes you will def have to put some strength into it! But it’s for a reason and they are very sturdy. Has held up my 240lb husband perfectly. Beautiful style and matches other chairs in my home perfectly. Very affordable for a set of 4 also! Very comfortable. Great back support. Doesn’t feel too plastic-y and doesn’t leave some odd ring on your thighs (like ya been on the toilet too long lol). Easy to wipe down.

They are indeed okay for the price, they were incredibly easy to put together, there were no nicks or marks or stains, thank goodness, and they look great and they are very sturdy but they are not the most comfortable. I've been using a throw pillow to support my lower back while sitting in them and it makes it a bit more bearable...

I purchased a set of two of these bar stools and I’m extremely happy with them. They match my home décor perfectly and look even better in person. The assembly was quick and easy, and they are very comfortable to sit on. The height is ideal and fits my counter perfectly. Great quality.

I loved how well these came packaged. The instructions were very clear and the separation of tools including screws was impeccable - 5 stars for that. These are GORGEOUS. Very casual, modern and have a more upscale look (for the price paid). However what bothers me the most is the fact that it says ergonomic and comfortable. I do not believe they are either. The back part is small and low. For reference I am 5’9” and around 180lbs. I bought these because I wanted something more minimalist for the studio. I had some bulky ones that came with the space when I rented here but the leather was broken and peeling off and the seats were black so it looked messy. But boy were they comfortable and you can lean back on them and had more back space. So… for the price these aren’t bad especially if you want a more minimalistic look but they are not for long term seating.

I received the order in two boxes (on 4/20) one of them seems to be a devolution that came with no hardware or instructions, and two pieces that were no part of the set. We assembled one chair to see if it was worth it to wait for the missing pieces or I should just return them. I contacted customer service (on 4/20) and “Nancy” ask me to wait 48 hours to get alternatives… On 4/24 they wrote me asking to look in the box again, on 4/25 they emailed me that my request was turned to “relevant customer service team”. Then “Lily” on 4/25 asked me to match the screws in local shop with total $24 refund, or if I could wait 6-8 days to receive the missing parts. I asked on 4/25 to send the missing pieces… yesterday 5/7 I wrote them again and today they told me that they have not received my response, when my response was included on the email chain where they reply to me!!!!!! The bar stool looks good, it is what we need with two kids at home (resistant, easy to clean…) but has been exhausting trying to get the things done! Think twice if you want to buy with Coastway.
