My kitchen is still under construction but I was tired of waiting to get stools. I spent forever researching them and they were quite expensive. I decided I needed something adjustable and really wanted something that swiveled. I found these and figured they would be of poor quality but at least I'd have something and I'd figure out something permanent later. I was shocked by the ease in putting them together and how solid and heavy they are. They look great and I don't think I'll have to find anything to replace them. The only thing is that one of the bar stools one of the screws is stripped doesn’t grab so I only have three screws in, another thing that same bar stool when I put the seat on it went straight down right away there was no pressure to bounce it up and down like the other one so it’s not as strong. These are good looking stools. Bought them for commercial use as the ad said they were good for that. Not the highest quality. The ring that holds the post into the base is a cheap plastic. Not giving any type of support to securing the base. Was going to return them but decided to give them a go and see how they do.
