As the title says, we’ve had two of these stools for almost two years with zero problems. They look great and have not had any breakdowns in the hydraulics. Just ordered another one today since guests always seem to gravitate to these stools while we are prepping food and drinks.

I purchased two stools to go along with a stainless steel table for my kitchen. They arrived as advertised and were well packed with one exception. Each base had identical scratches in the exact same place, leading me to believe it was due to the packing configuration. it's not noticeable to the point I want to take them apart and return them though. I figure they'll get dinged up over time anyway. The stainless steel top looks great but is much harder on the bum than a wooden stool is for sure, but putting a padded cover on them would take away from the point of getting stainless steel in the first place. They are fairly sturdy after a couple of week's use. The pneumatic mechanism works well on the lift. I can recommend them to others. ... show more

So many defective/broken parts. Doesn't assemble; some plastic falls from the tubes. Hydraulic doesn't work. Just requested refund but got a massage that the seller needs to approve it! AVOID THE SELLER! UPDATE: Seller contacted me with a solution to fix the hydraulic. I had to reassemble it to remove a stupid plastic cap but everything finally worked. ... show more
