Sadly it looked liked my unit might have been a returned unit since the manual was missing, the remote was loose in the box and did not work and the treadmill belt looked misaligned. The pad would light up when plugged in but would make a click and the remote wouldn’t do anything. Thank you Amazon for having great return policies. I really like my new walking pad. It’s a little heavy for me but I’m able to move under bed and back out between uses. It is not too terribly noisy, but sometimes, it gets weird sounds like a wheezing sound, however, only lasts for a few seconds then it resolves itself. Still easy to move around with the wheels but not something u can just stuff under a coach. The different speeds are good and I tend to warm up to the speeds as it takes a bit to find the right pace.
