    • Love it more than the Power XL model I had

I've been using Power XL air fryers for the last 8 years. I got the first one as a gift, and four years later the non-stick coating of the cooking basket was flaking off so bad, I had to finally give in and get a new one. Again, I got a Power XL because I read so many conflicting reviews about other brands that I didn't want to chance it, I just stuck with what I knew. The second Power XL was fine, worked just like the first one, but conked out at about 3 or 4 years in and wouldn't turn on. At first, I was going to just get another Power XL but did some research, saw the Corsori and thought I'd give it a try. This Corsori model is smaller than I'm used to, but I love how it cooks! My chicken wings never got crispy in my Power XL no matter how much I pat the wings dry, or lightly sprayed them with olive oil, or made sure not to crowd them. But in this Corsori, not only did they get crispy, but for some reason, at the same temperature, they cooked in half the time! Power XL has chicken time pre-set at 40 minutes and we would turn the wings over after 20 minutes to brown the other side. Corsori cooks the wings in 21 (or 23) minutes. And they were done! I also love the ease of use - the controls are very intuitive and you don't have to read the manual to figure it out. I've only had it for a few days, and have only cooked wings in it so far, but already, I enjoy using it and the results more than the two Power XLs I had prior. ... show more

Don't expect to get more than a couple years out of any air fryer, I use mine daily, especially if you run greasy food through them. I do love this thing. It has been so handy for things like chicken and sausage and I'd buy this again if I needed to. I use this thing at least a couple of times a week for over 3 years. The only issue I've had is very recently the coating on the basket has started to come off. It's only going to get worse from here and I'll need to buy a new basket. Note: I've never cleaned this with anything harsh (there's no need to because it's so easy to clean) and I've never put it into a dishwasher. ... show more

I've had this air fryer for four months now and can't say enough good things about how it performs. It comes up to temperature at an astonishing rate and cooks fast and evenly. It's chock with features and auto settings. The Wi-Fi implementation works well. It's big enough for most jobs. Cleaning is typical for this style of fryer. The basket is large and will take up a lot of space in a dishwasher, but you'll mostly just wipe the moon stick surface clean unless you are doing something really greasy or messy like wings or ribs. ... show more

Earlier this year the app will no longer power on the air fryer instead you have to physically go to the air fryer and press the power on button. I contacted support and they said it was because of an mandatory update .
