I purchased this set from Cosiest at a great, discounted price because it stated it was in “Acceptable” condition. Overall I was very pleased by the product I received. First of all, I felt like the set was pretty easy to assemble- sure there are a lot of bolts to screw in, but the instructions were easy to follow and the hardware was all labeled in bags and it even came with extra hardware just in case anything was missing. The set is made of a faux wicker plastic material which so far seems durable and yet lightweight enough to lift or move the pieces around. One of my favorite design elements to this set is how modular it is, so while the stock photos show 1 loveseat and 2 side chairs, I used the plastic clips provided to combine all seating pieces and create a much longer sofa for my patio. The cushions are on the firm side, but they may soften over time and after use. Lastly, I will mention that one of the things that impressed me the most was the great customer service I received from Cosiest. They were very friendly and helpful when a spot of confusion arose from how many deliveries I would get to complete the set. They got back to me quickly, gave me the necessary information I needed, and made me feel like I could confidently contact them again in case I needed anything else. We had to wait a good bit for these to come in due to COVID but they were well worth the wait. The seller communicated well with us after we reached out a couple times for updates and tracking information. We received our set in 5 boxes over 3 different days so don't be alarmed if they don't come all at once. The set was easy to put together, everything lined up perfectly. We were short a few screws in one of the boxes but used the extras from another to complete it. So far, we have had no issue with the cushions sliding around, they stay in place well. The cushions seem sturdy and are comfortable, although the fabric is a little on the scratchy side. It's a beautiful grey and the plastic wicker material is beautiful- has pretty variations of grey throughout it. The coffee table is a little lower than we thought it would be so it's not great for having meals on. It actually would be perfect with another cushion and used as an ottoman. Overall, it is the perfect size for our back patio and finishes everything off perfectly! I looked for a long time for a set that was reasonably price, had thicker cushions and was the right color. Oh my! I have never thought of purchasing furniture, more so seats from the E-markets for the obvious reasons. I have always preferred going to showrooms for the opportunity to feel what I am buying and even get the rebound experience of the seat. I am quite huge :) I decided to purchase this Cosiest 5-piece. Truly, it’s beyond my expectations. I have to admit the Amazon’s delivery system was quite fast. The set is comfy and simple to assemble. It comes with a clear assembling instructions manual. The longevity of the set is also admirable as the set comes with a heavy-duty waterproof cover that helps in keeping the furniture dry and dust free when not in use. This craft no doubt increases its durability because there will little cleaning. If need be, one only has to unzip it for comfortable and easy cleaning. The set is not just built to last, more fun comes in its comfortability. The seats are very comfortable, an aspect assisted with the functional and flexible combination coupled with Velcro fastening strips that prevent the cushions from sliding. Lastly, with four of us, each weighing an average of 190 lbs after sitting on it, the rebound of the set sponge is still perfect. I can totally affirm its reliability and good quality as compared to the ones I have purchased before downtown shops. I wish the backs were a little taller ,but when you remove the back cushions it is perfect for a twin bed,I got a twin topper and it fits great makes a great bed!
