I was hesitant to buy this chair. Every review I read was an emotional rollercoaster. One minute it’s great, one minute it’s trash, I wasn’t sure what to believe. I decided to just commit to it and order since I’ve always wanted this chair, and it matches my Corsair peripherals. I ordered it Monday, it came Wednesday, which is pretty awesome. Everything was well packaged. Branded bags, a lot of protection surrounding the products, I was impressed. It does NOT come with physical instructions, but you can just find them online. Super straight forward install which took me a solid half an hour at most. Now, the final verdict. First sit down and I was really impressed. The bottom cushion is honestly nice, and the two back pillows work well and fit my body like a glove. I’ve already used this for a consecutive couple of hours and I’m happier than I was in my other chair. I was rocking a Respawn 110 Pro, which is very large and plush but is very cheap feeling in comparison. For those looking to get this chair, every single one of the complaints I’ve seen did NOT fit my experience. Whether it be the parts, the bolts, the cushion, whatever. But I do understand where some of these may come from. Let me advise that this chair is absolutely perfect for me. Im 5’11 and 145 so I’m not your average bodybuilder. It still has some room but just be mindful of that since it does seem like it’s meant for the “smaller” peeps. Besides that, everything feels great and is premium. This was a value buy for me. It gave me the bones of a good chair and I bought several add-on cushions to make it decent. If you are expecting a premium chair you will need to spend more. This is not it. Stock it is very uncomfortable and the back and neck cushions are poorly designed. The lower back is held in place by some clip on straps that are very ugly and cheap looking. Its the worst gaming chair I have sat it but also was by far the least expensive. Ive customized it easily to suit my needs so I am happy with it. ... show more

I've had the chair for 7 months, and it is a good pick overall with no buyer's remorse. I am 6'2 and 180lbs and sit in the chair for ~7 hours a day. The support is okay, as they are just adjustable lumbar/neck pillows and nothing rigid. I have a 30" waist, and I would say a 34" or 36" is around the max to fit within the seat bolster. The arms do not adjust out, only up and down, which is not an issue for me. If you are larger, that is something to consider. The recline feature works hilariously well as you can recline nearly flat and not fall over. The leather is still in great shape with hardly any creasing and no damage or wear to the material. It's comfortable to sit in for the whole day. The chair was very simple to assemble in ~5 minutes and comes together like every standard office chair with 4 bolts for the base, and 6 for each arm. This chair has started to creak which can't be helped. I would give it a 3.5-4 rating due to this alone. The creak comes from the pressed steel pin the chair tilts on at the top of the post, so it can't be tightened or adjusted in any way. It is a little obnoxious, but my only real issue with the chair. To compare, I have a $1,500 Humanscale Freedom Task Chair with Headrest at home, and I feel no real difference in the chair's comfort or overall quality. The Humanscale does have better built-in ergonomic adjustments like the arms, seat pan depth, and lumbar position versus the Corsair, which only includes a couple pillows for lumbar and neck support. The Humanscale is really underwhelming for the price, very loud with the smallest movements, and not that comfortable. Do not feel compelled to spend more expecting better quality. Overall, I would probably purchase the Corsair TC500 Luxe for a little more next time for more adjustability, and the built in lumbar system. ... show more

Llevo un tiempo usando la Corsair TC100 y sinceramente ha sido una de las mejores compras que he hecho para mi setup. Desde que la saqué de la caja se notaba la calidad de los materiales y el cuidado en los detalles. La silla se ve increíblemente elegante y moderna, pero lo más importante es lo cómoda que es incluso después de muchas horas sentado. Algo que realmente me sorprendió fue lo fácil que fue el ensamblado. Las instrucciones vienen muy claras, todas las piezas encajan perfectamente y en poco tiempo ya la tenía completamente armada sin complicaciones. Honestamente esperaba pasar trabajo montándola, pero el proceso fue súper sencillo y bien pensado. En cuanto a comodidad, el soporte lumbar y el acolchado hacen una diferencia enorme. La silla tiene un balance perfecto entre firmeza y comodidad, lo que ayuda muchísimo a mantener una buena postura mientras trabajo, juego o simplemente paso tiempo en la computadora. Además, los apoyabrazos y la altura ajustable permiten adaptarla exactamente a como uno se siente más cómodo. Otro punto positivo es la calidad de construcción. La silla se siente robusta, estable y premium. No hace ruidos molestos, las ruedas se deslizan suavemente y todo transmite sensación de durabilidad. Looks good in pictures but shows it flaws quickly. I love the Corsair brand and took a chance on this chair because it looks great. Some issues I found include: lumbar cushion is too large and impractical/uncomfortable; unusable. Head cushion is fine, but taller people will have to slouch for it to fit your neck and cause lower back pain; remove it and there is no neck support at all. back cushion material is very thin and will quickly give way to the lumbar frame, which is not comfortable at all. The entire chair mechanism and controls are cheap quality. Even in the locked position the chair still rocks back and forth to a small degree. You are constantly flexing your muscles just to stay in one because of the sway. The bolt holes are flimsy and even when tightened beyond capacity, the entire chair still rocks and flexes. No stability at all. Arm rests are completely fixed in place and can only go up and down. Arm rest surface is hard and uncomfortable. Arm rests stay in place when leaning back causing your arms to completely come off the arm rest or having to stretch both arms just to stay on the armrest, another huge inconvenience and ergonomic issue. Seat cushion is just thin as the back support. Thin cheap poly stuffing across metal frames. Get ready for serious lower back issues. Unless you are a small child, this chair is not for you. I order this chair last summer after reading great reviews on different websites. I didn't notice it wouldn't be available until October 2023. So I chose a different chair and was surprisingly pleased. Fast forward until now and I have relocated to another side of the country and put my other chair in storage. I thought this would be an opportune time to purchase the chair I really wanted originally and relish in it's comfort and features boasted... First my chair arrived with NO instructions. No paper or digital instructions to use for building it. Considering it isn't my first gaming chair, I had an idea how to assemble it and had no issues doing so, except for the fact all the parts feel light, cheap and frail. The wood screw holes were poorly drilled and some of the screws had to be threaded by hand. Other parts of the chair the wood made cracking sounds when the screw were not even half way screwed in, really undermining my expectations of this chair lasting very long. The pillows, cushion and siding are all poorly stuffed, practically uncomfortable and not plush in any sense. I gave it two stars due to the fact that is does build into a chair as you can see from the photos but for the $250 I paid for it and the seriously lack of quality and comfort especially in comparison to the other cheaper chair I purchased before I am honestly really disappointed with this chair and purchase.
