The chair was easy to put together (took me about 20–25 minutes), and the build quality feels solid once it’s assembled. The lumbar pillow and neck pillow are both comfortable, and I really like that the neck pillow is detachable. Which leads into good back support for me personally. The adjustable height and armrests make it easy to dial in the right position whether I’m gaming or working. Up front I will state that I like this chair, but.... 1. There were no assembly instructions included. Not even the wordless picture type. 2. One of the 4 holes in the seat back for bolting it to the seat back brackets on the seat was not threaded all the way through as required to be able to tighten the bolt properly. About 1/2 the bolt is sticking out. This was not my first time assembling a chair in a box puzzle, so missing instructions didn't slow me down much. Depending on your experience it may not slow you down. Or it might make it impossible for you to correctly assemble this chair. Time will tell if the one loose bolt problem will cause issues with the seat back or not. The double-wheel casters seem a little larger than I've had on other desk and gaming chairs and roll very smoothly on my carpet. If the seat was any narrower it would be very uncomfortable for me. As it is I feel the upturned sides pretty snugly against my legs. No room for a cell phone or car keys in my pockets while sitting in this chair. If you are a large person (more than around 200 lb) then you'll be wanting a larger chair than this one. It is very stable. No wobble on the seat. No unwanted rocking. The seat does feel firm but seems to slowly mold itself to me, getting more comfortable. I haven't used it for a long gaming session yet so if it turns out to go flat I'll revisit this review. For now this chair is more comfortable than the 5 year old GTracing gaming chair it's replacing that held up quite well. ... show more

Out of the box it was missing multiple screws and bolts. I thought the firmness of the cushions might go away after using it for a while but it remains the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever used. It’s somehow neither firm nor soft. Skin sticks to it but any fabric slips right off it. The breaking point (literally) was when one of the armrests fell off as all 4 tiny screws that secure it stripped straight though the cheap plastic that holds the chair together. No big deal, screw it back in with some superglue for good measure. Not even a day later, the plastic snaps again in a different spot in a way that can’t be glued back together securely. My last chair recently broke and I was browsing around trying to find something affordable, but still belonging to a reputable brand. When I initially read the reviews on this chair I was slightly skeptical but the positive reviews and the pictures were convincing enough to buy it. It showed up with no instructions. I seen reviews where people said their instructions were in Japanese, but I simply never received any instructions. I found a forum online that had the instructions in English however they were still extremely vague and I ended up having to figure most of it out myself. Put together, this chair is very sturdy. Most of the materials *seem* to be high quality, though I'm not an expert. The pillows are decent and without them there is really no support for your head or lower back. Along the side of the seat cushion there is this raised portion that has some kind of frame in it. If you're a bigger person, or generally over 6 feet tall this part of the chair will push into your thighs which is very uncomfortable. I really don't want to have to go through the trouble of returning it so I will give it a few days to see if I can grow into it. Hopes aren't very high. I wish I could rate 2.5 stars. ... show more
