  • Perfect for my Acer Predator Orion RTX 4070 Super
Style: RMe (2025) ATX 3.1, PCIe 5.1 Size: 850 Watts Color: Black
Had a faulty PSU in my prebuild and was scratching my head at to what could be the issue. Upgraded the ram, and applying new thermal paste to the CPU didn’t address the issue. Gave up and assumed it was the 14th gen Intel giving me problems. Nope, upgrading to the Corsair here fixed my issues! Love how modular it is. Before getting this Corsair, I did try out a cheaper alternative. While it did work, the cable management was horrendous and cables were even just a tad too short. Not here, the cables are nice and long, and I don’t need to stuff in a bunch of cables in the tower that arent plugged in anywhere! I will say the PSU fan does not turn on on low to medium loads. Even during my stress test in 3DMark, it never did come on! This is mentioned on the little sticker. To verify the fan does work, it will spin up briefly at your system boot up every time. Overall very happy with it, and I feel more comfortable knowing I have a higher quality PSU in my system (Acer Predator Orion RTX 4070 Super). ... show more

  • Fully Modular and ATX 3.1, A Win-Win
Style: RMe (2025) ATX 3.1, PCIe 5.1 Size: 1000 Watts Color: Black
I was planning on going with the Super Flower Leadex III 850W PSU and I saw this Corsair on sale for $20 less than the Leadex III Gold. So for $20 less I went from 850W to 1000W, that's a no brainer. What I love about this Corsair 1000W RM1000e is that it is a Tier A PSU. It is also fully modular and it has the latest connector inputs on the PSU. It also comes with a 12 pin cable on both ends ready for Nvidia's latest RTX 5 series GPU's. Instead of using the very stiff power adapter cable supplied with your Nvidia graphics card, you just plug and attach one end of the 12 pin cable to your RTX 5 series card and the other end to the Corsair PSU. No other cable adapters are needed. The Corsair RM1000e also uses high temp capacitors because if you are using an RTX 5090, you will probably draw 600W from that GPU and it will generate heat in the Corsair. Btw, I would not use a 1000W PSU for a 5090, i'm just saying that high power loads and draws from system components will stress the PSU and the capacitors should be able to withstand those loads and provide stable power not only to the GPU but the other system components. ... show more

  • The new standard for prebuilt PSU replacement
Style: RMe (2025) ATX 3.1, PCIe 5.1 Size: 750 Watts Color: Black
I got a side gig going on now of bringing older or even newer prebuilts into AM5 as 13th/14th gen Intel processors are biting the dust. The Corsair 3500x with this PSU is a good foundation to start with. You get a dedicated modern 12 pin 2x6, not the older 12VHP. The 650/750 don’t have the options for top tier builds, the 850/1000 would be better. For $100, the 750 version is great. Quiet and efficient. Modular. I wouldn’t recommend anything higher than a 5070ti for the 750 version, and if you’re on an intel platform, I’d definitely buy the 1000, period. For almost all of AM5 minus Ryzen 9, this works just fine. ... show more

  • Plug and Play! Works right out of the box.
Style: RMe (2025) ATX 3.1, PCIe 5.1 Size: 850 Watts Color: Black
Plugged everything in, fired it up, and runs smooth and quiet! I only have the GeForce RTX 5070 series graphics card, so 850W is all I need for that graphics card (Do not use only 850W for the 5080 or 5090 (best cards on the market as of this review), go up to 1000W minimum). I ordered this one since it comes with the 12v-2x6 cable, instead of using the adapter (much better looking in PC case). I've only had this PSU for a few weeks, so cannot say much on longevity, but it does come with a 7-year warranty. ... show more

Style: RMe (2025) ATX 3.1, PCIe 5.1 Size: 850 Watts Color: Black
Order it with clear skies lmfao. Otherwise this heckin choncker is a heavie big duty PSU that can provide power to all of my PC parts with EZ. I think it also comes with zip ties And very easy to install if you are not counting cable management. 10/10 would buy again

  • Works well but the PCIE cable it comes with doesn't provide enough power for a 7800XT
Style: RMe (2023) ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 Size: 750 Watts Color: Black
Ever since I built my PC I've encountered the kernel-power 41 error in windows event history, where my GPU fans will go to max speed and my monitor will go to black despite the PC staying on. I've been dealing with this issue for almost a year and have ruled out high temps and tried every software fix possible. I finally realized that the daisy-chained PCIE cable this PSU comes with was NOT providing enough power to my GPU, thus causing the kernel-power 41 error. I purchased single cables to connect one slot each instead of being chained and have not encountered the error since. ... show more

  • Cool
Style: RMe (2025) ATX 3.1, PCIe 5.1 Size: 850 Watts Color: Black
Cable management is a little difficult as it doesn’t have cable combs so they’re a little out of control, connectivity was easy and the cords provide ample powerage.
