My ice maker quite working in my refridgerator so I decided to try this ice maker. I love the ice cube size and it produces the ice quite quickly. I throw the cubes in the bag that came with the ice making and fill my "fridge" ice maker up with the cubes when they run out. Works fantastic!!! I do have to say I was going to return this ice maker before even using it due to its size however after messaging with the Company I decided to keep it and give it a try, so glad I did. I did not realize that the ice would need to be removed from the machine to keep. It’s only for making ice, not keeping ice (unless you put it on the freezer or use in a short amount of time)

I don’t trust the ice maker on my fridge so I did research on certain ice makers. I decided to purchase this brand and I’m in love!!! The size and shapes of the ice makes it very easy to put in my tumblers and ice coffee. It doesn’t take long to fill up and the ice is AMAZING. the only issue I’ve had is it can be loud but what does anyone expect with an ice maker making ice? Going to give this one 5 stars despite my ice maker not working properly. My ice maker arrived not working, seemingly an issue with the coolant having leaked during shipping (I later noticed the box had a large stain on one side from where it most likely came out). Nonetheless, I contacted the seller and let them know it wasn’t working, the ice maker was going through the process but releasing water where there should have been formed cubes. The seller worked with me to try and troubleshoot the issue. I sent them videos of what was happening which they got their tech team to review. This is where they determined it was most likely due to the lack of coolant, and the fact that the fan was releasing cool vs warm air. They ended up refunding me in full, including shipping and did not require me to return the item. I don’t have any use for it but it was really nice to not have to make an extra trip to send it back. Overall their customer support team was on it, very communicative and easy to work with. I’ve read a ton of awesome reviews about this ice maker and with knowing how their customer support is top notch, I cannot take offense that mine arrive damaged, therefore 5 stars. ... show more
