If this vacuum is on sale, I would highly recommend it. If not, I'd wait until it goes on sale. The good: It's a very lightweight vacuum (around 5 pounds) and it does a good job at vacuuming on hard floors and area rugs. It has a very bright headlamp that allows you to see all the things on your floors that your eyes don't see. It's runs really quiet and has an eco and max option. The eco setting uses much less battery, but it's also less powerful. I prefer the max option. With that being said, the vacuum only lasts around 20-25 minutes on the Max setting. I also like that the vacuum is adjustable in height. It comes apart in 2 different places. It can also slide to adjust height. It's especially good if you plan on using this to clean out your car because it can be really compact. It also comes with a filter, a crevice tool, a brush, and the floor brush. The not so good: The battery takes a long time to charge. In order to see the charging progress, the battery must be on the vacuum. The battery life displays on the LED screen of the vacuum. The battery charger is a thin cord that plugs directly into the battery. I was hoping for a charging station of some sort. Also, because it is very light weight, it feels like it's more breakable than other vacuums I own. I do not think it would hold up if dropped a few times. I also do not think this would work as well on carpet. It doesn't feel heavy enough to get a deep clean, but it's FANTASTIC on hard floors. Dumping the canister is easy once you figure out how to get if off the vacuum, but I did have a little difficulty putting the canister back on.     • An absolutely fantastic adjustable cordless vacuum cleaner
I have had an old-school vacuum cleaner forever. It is super big, bulky, and you have to repeatedly buy bags for it. It was such a chore, and I also hated that it was corded, so when I came across this vacuum cleaner, I was so excited to give it a try and I placed an order for it. It arrived very quickly and I used it the following day. And I must say, this little bad boy is awesome. Aside from being cordless and having a battery pack that is rechargeable, it does a great job at cleaning and smaller items with ease. I tried all of the different attachments and they all worked great for different purposes. The battery lasted me about 30 minutes, but I did have it running almost the entire time so I can imagine it would last a little more. Also, it Charged up within a few hours as well. I also love that all the dust and dirt collects in a cup which you easily empty. No bags needed. And this is my first vacuum that is cordless, which is a huge bonus. No longer having to Change plugs in each room. I don’t know how it will work on heavy dirt Areas, but it works great with dust and small items on the ground.     • Great vacuum for the price
I've used, but do not own other stick vacuums that cost several hundred more. This one felt and worked similar for much less $$. It includes several attachments and options for use. It has different power settings, but you'll likely need the higher power. The lights worked very well to help see dirt under the kitchen kickboards that I didn't know was there and it vacuumed it all right up. It comes with an extra filter and one battery. It would be great if it had a 2nd battery available to swap out, but I did not see one for purchase. It is hard to compare apples to apples with the expensive brand names that have different power levels. I think this Haimeec is a great deal for the form factor similar to the expensive models. ... show more

This is my first stick style vacuum, my other two vacuums are a larger, heavier corded style. Convenience: excellent. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Small and takes minimal storage space. Cleaning: Good. It picked up a lot of cat and dog hair, but didn't get paper scraps larger than a dime. Stairs: Very easy compared to my regular vacuums. However I still need to take off the head and use an attachment to get the corners. Dust canister: I did have to empty it 2x on one staircase. Battery life: just over 50 mins Suction: moderate. It handled the cat and dog hair "bunnies" but didn't have the same deep pull for dust or small scraps vs my traditional vacuums. This would be more of a quick sweep, not a deep cleaning.
