This tiller is monstrous!!! I love it. I have raised garden beds and was looking to get something to till the soil. It is so worth the money!!! It is battery powered. It is powerful. It tills the soil to the max. It’s not heavy. You can use it to till anything! I had land uneven in my backyard, and I tilled the soil, and it helped flatten the ground. It was easy to assemble. I am thrilled with this little tiller/cultivator. I really didn't expect much from a battery operated machine so was really surprised at the power. This lightweight tiller is a beast! I used it on previously tilled ground and it turned the dirt to powder. Then I used it on unbroken ground and it worked great. I had to go over the new ground a few times but wow, it impressed. I have never had a small tiller before so have nothing to compare to but I would recommend this little powerhouse to anyone. The fact that it comes with two batteries is a super bonus. The batteries last 20-30 minutes each, depending on how hard you work the tiller but the batteries charge quickly. I'm 66 years old so after an hour of tilling, I am ready to rest for a bit. One battery is fully charged when I'm ready to work again. The tiller was super easy to put together though the instructions leave something to be desired. My only caveat, if your ground is full of weeds or tall grass, you will spend a lot of time popping the tine wheels off and untangling, easy to do but time consuming. I remedied this by getting out my weedwhacker and cutting the weeds to the dirt and raking it up before finishing the tilling.

This works much better than my husband and I thought it would. It's little heavy but not too bad (we're in our 70's). It's easy to use and prepares the soil well. We used it on ground that didn't have grass on it or any weeds. The ground is very dry and hard right now so I watered it well before using. It came unassembled but it went together quickly and wasn't complicated. We are very pleased with the cultivator. Plus, it came with 2 batteries and was an excellent price.

I can't say enough about this little tiller! It's amazing. I wasn't sure about purchasing it because of the price and that it is battery powered. I spent days trying to clear out my flower gardens this spring and was getting exhausted from the hand work. I bought this with hopes that it would help and it did! I was able to do my whole rose garden with no issues. Let me point out a few things. If you have grass you need to mow at the lowest setting on your lawnmower. This is not an industrial machine. If you get into an area that has a lot of grass you will have to clean out the tines. They made is super easy, just pull the pen, clean them out and put them back on. I noticed when it would quit digging as deep that they needed cleaned out. The batteries last about 20 minutes before they need to be recharged. I fully charged them before use. Then when I've died I would charge it and swap it out for the charged battery. If it didn't come with two batteries I would have returned it, but it does. It's a little inconvenient but I don't mind. It also has great power. It doesn't bog down at all. Just does the job. I'm super impressed and since I was budget shopping I am willing to deal with a little extra work of charging batteries and cleaning out the tines. I am going to buy one for my daughter for her garden. Of you are looking for something that does the work of a gas mower this isn't it. I am very happy with it and glad I took the chance!

So glad I chose this tiller. I am a 77 year-old female and had no trouble operating this tiller. My backyard area is about 450 ft.². I tilled this area at least 4 to 5 times before replanting my grass seed. I now have a beautiful lawn. I plan to do a separate area this fall. Already paid for itself and I will use it again. Battery lasted long time. Never use the second battery small and easy to store easy to hose off in store.

Wel I can confess that I am the true hater of weeding gardens. I told the wife I was thinking of getting a mantis aerator but they were to damned expensive. Well she started looking at battery powered units. I said no to battery power! I’m a 2 stroke kind of guy. Well she bought this unit anyway so I decided to be fair and give it a go. Well much to my surprise it worked quite well! Not really sold on the battery but we will see.I weeded a 30’x40’ garden in and hour! All time record! And my back is still intact! I’m sure if this unit is kept out of the weather it should perform for a few years at least. We will see, so far worth the money. I did not experience the stuff mentioned in the bad reviews., simple 5 minute setup and your off!

So far so good. I haven't had it very long but I am very happy with it. I have noticed that it can get hot very easily and it's best to just let it cool down. It also doesn't hold a battery very long. You can get anywhere from 5 minutes to maybe 20 minutes out of the battery depending on how hot the tiller is. I did get the one year warranty with this and I'm glad I did because although it works very well it kind of acts like it's probably not going to work for a year. I may be surprised and I may be wrong. But the battery usage is kind of a little red flag for me. And the fact that it gets so hot so quickly. However I am able to do what I need to do in my garden and it works and that's the whole point of this is just getting the job done and that I can do.

Holy cow was this my best purchase this year! I have two big plots in a community garden and the start of the each gardening season is back breaking work clearing out all the weeds that invade over the winter. This year I am working smarter not harder and purchased this tiller based on other reviews. It works even better than hoped for , cleared mg plots in 15-35 minutes each - sorry I didn’t capture a before but the weeds were thick and at least ankle high . It’s light weight and easy to control . I did go over the plots a couple times to get all the weeds ok but doing this by hand with hoes last year was an all day event . I let my friend who also has a plot borrow it and she also had the same beautiful experience . I enthusiastically recommend this product !
