My idea of self care is digging in the dirt while my kids are somewhere in the background yelling about bugs. This cordless tiller makes that chaotic little dream a bit more manageable. My husband has got more than a few DeWALT 20v tools already, so I was thrilled to see this could operate with those same 20v batteries. Now this tiller is feisty. It is not massive, which I prefer because I do not want a machine dragging me around the yard like a rodeo contestant. But it is powerful enough to churn up veggie beds, loosen last season’s tired soil, and help me edge out weeds before planting. I would not go attacking virgin land with it, but for prepped or maintained soil, it is a solid little helper. I like it especially because no fumes, no tangled cords, no gas spills, and no arm workout just to get it started. It is quick, simple, and reliable. I feel like a garden boss using it… well, a garden boss with laundry in the dryer and dinner half started.

Every year, it's a pain to till the hard soil in our flower beds before we can add some manure and plant new seeds. I used to break the ground with a shovel, but it's not easy. This powered cultivator works with a Dewalt battery and makes things easier. It came with two parts, the heavy tiller head and the adjustable handle. The blade head is so heavy and I only need to slightly step on it to help it sink into the soil. It loose our whole garden beds completely and evenly. It's quiet powerful, I first placed haft way into the soil and then sink it more the second time. The angle of the handle is adjustable, as well as the side assistant bar. It's made with solid metal cutting spikes and hard plastic body. I like this new too, and can't wait for our new vegetable this year.

Connecting both pieces, adjusting and turning it on. At first I was nervous because it was my first time using a cultivator. But I got the hang of it quickly. It works really well for anyone who is starting a vegetable garden like myself.
