It's very good I sent it to my country since at home we have a vegetable garden with different foods and vegetables harvested totally organically and this tool has been very helpful when planting it is very resistant easy to use it does not weigh much and the battery lasts a long time

Hope all parts are in your box. If not i had and old weed eater that I took parts to hold shaft protection shield for tines and handle because it needs a size specific nut to work. Shoulder strap hope your not very tall me 5-10 and had it as far out as would go and still work. I would not recommend for more than light duty projects. I just planted trees about 6 to 8 weeks ago and it beat this guy bad. Both batteries did last about 20 to 25 minutes each. I bought the extended warranty but when something happens to this one I don't want another. Recommend light duty only

The media could not be loaded. The lower shaft does not go into the coupling far enough to engage the driveshaft, therefore the tines do not rotate. Also, when I let go of the switch and safety lever, the motor continues to run which could be extremely dangerous if I were to trip for example. As a former auto mechanic and currently work in electro-mechanical repair, I will actually repair this unit rather than send it back. Challenge accepted. But if you decide to purchase one of these, first test the safety and power switches by squeezing them to run the motor for about 5 seconds and see if it turns off when you let go. Secondly, test fit the two shafts and make sure that they click/lock together. If they don't lock together, then you will notice that the tines don't rotate. If you want to fix it like I will be doing, you'll need to remove 1/2” of tube from the top of the lower shaft. I'm going to use a pipe cutter but you could use a hacksaw or cut-ofd wheel, it's just aluminum. Also the batteries are pretty light for what supposed to be 4 amp hour batteries. Doubtful that they meet that rating so we'll see what kind of battery life they give. Unfortunately the connection is not compatible with DeWalt.

I thought that this would be difficult to work with but it was easy for me. It worked for exactly what I needed it for. Instructions (photos) weren't very clear but it really took common sense to put it together. I 💞 luv it!
