It's a decent, LITTLE lamp. I didn't realize how small it actually was until it arrived. The fact that it's battery powered is pretty nice, but it's really not that bright, even on high. Between those two characteristics, it's actually perfect for two things in my mind - 1) a night light for kids **that will continue working during a power outage**, 2) as a little nightstand lamp that won't be too disruptive to a significant other *and again, provides a convenient, portable light source in case of a power outage in the middle of the night*. The brightness level memory is a nice feature, and works on a per-color basis. But I really wish that it also had a color-selection memory, as it's annoying having to cycle through all 3 every time, especially if they're at different brightness levels. The touch sensitivity also isn't phenomenal, but it's fine. ... show more
