The first time we used it, it worked well. The second time we used it, the snow was leaving the chute weirdly. I looked at the augers and half of the paddle was gone. It no longer shoots snow effectively. Definitely not impressed with this especially for the 200 bucks we spent on it.

This little snow shovel worked perfectly for our driveway. The wheels helped push against the snow with ease and throw the snow whichever way we directed it to. It’s very light and portable. Battery lasts a decent amount of time and is very easy to use. Should last a while.

    • Cheap worthless garbage
After waiting a few weeks for it to snow and finally test out and I'm beyond disappointed! This thing keeps turning off on me from time to time when holding the button. The battery is fully charged. I don't understand why it randomly shuts off several times and I have to keep repressing and holding the on button. It also does not seem to work at all well when the snow is really wet. My guess is it works better when the snow is light and fluffy. Idk because haven't had a chance to try in those conditions yet. So if it's a good day to make a snowman then forget about it. This thing sucks when the snow is heavy and wet! The handle is also too short. I'm about 6' 2" tall and it will not extend any farther. So far this is starting to look like 200 bucks down the drain. It was also a bit of a pain when putting together for several reasons. The worst part is 1 of the screws snapped that hold the bottom part and there's suppose to be 2 screws at the bottom of the handle. So I had no choice but to use gorilla tape for more support at the bottom of the handle. So overall this cheap peace of crap is 1 big disappointment and waste of money! I would rather get a full refund because I doubt this thing will do the job when I get light fluffy snow and with how the weather here is in Indiana I might have to wait until next winter just to see if this thing will at least be somewhat useful. But as of right now it stands as worthless to me! ... show more

    • Handle not long enough
Not really good for us. A taller person has to lean over too far. Wish the handle extended a little longer. Also, directions were not clear when I got to the wires, and I had to email the shipper for more instructions. Not as sturdy as I thought it would be.

    • Hard to put together with arthritis.
I have just finished putting this together. If you arthritis it will not be easy. Also, after you install the wheels the rub against the unit quite a bit. Not sure this will help my back at all with moving snow. Haven't used it yet but considering strongly returning this product.
