Awesome 18V powered snow shovel. Comes w/2 batteries. Clears 2” of snow off a 2-1/2 car 35ft long driveway on a single battery. Also works really well on a patio or raised deck. The rear wheels & lightness make it very maneuverable. Has a knob on the top that you rotate to change the direction of the front fins to throe the snow to the left or the right. Used this on several snowstorms with great results!! First snowfall I waited too long and didn't hit it until it was 10 or 11 inches!! Handled that also but I did have to re hit it to clean it up nice. Seems to be well made of strong plastic with a powerful motor. Comes with 2 batteries and a charger. On the heavy snowfall noted above, battery lasted for three quarters of the job before popping in the second battery. I have a decent size driveway and sidewalk. No, it does not work, it does well qith 2 maybe 3 inches once you get 5-6 it wont work, the idea is nice the executiln is poor and it broke o e of the plastic parts right away. I did return it.

I was so happy I bought this when I did. My snowblower broke and had bought this as a backup and secondary unit for the heavy snows Long Island got this past winter. It ended up handling the snow like a champ. It is best to go out multiple times for short periods to prevent the snow from getting higher than the mouth. I love that the opening is quite accommodating unlike my previous one from 15 to 20 years ago which still works. My 75 year old mother took it upon herself to use this. She always uses a regular snow shovel to make a path to the bird house and car. Her neighbor uses his big snow plow to do our driveway sometimes. We were surprised to see my mom outside using the cordless motorized snow shovel. She loves it. she loves how the direction of the snow being blown can be changed, the wide shovel, how lightweight it is, and the two charging batteries it includes. Assembly easy. First use it worked as advertised except some of the snow may have travelled 20 ft but the bulk only went 8-12ft but that’s OK. would like the chute to rotate beyond 30 degrees, but that’s not possible given the design. Battery use seemed modest for the work done. Used for third time and still works well, but takes 5 hours to fully charge battery - glad they include 2 batteries! ... show more

Battery Charger is a joke. Takes almost 8 hours or more to charge one battery. Once a battery is charged the Snow Shovel works great.
