From the beginning of this purchase, everything was easy. I followed the instructions on how to measure the window and Ashley emailed me within a day or two of my order to double check my measurements. I gave her my thoughts and she agreed with them and we moved forward. The shade came earlier than expected which is awesome! I (the wife) hung it up all by myself. It took like 15min and that’s bc I was triple checking it to make sure it was level. Very easy to install and it looks great from the outside and from the inside! We purchased these for our two 8 foot French doors that look out to our back yard. They company was very easy to work with and even sent me material swatches so I could choose the right fabric. From the inside they are pretty bit from the outside not as cosmetically pretty. I choose the white backing and was hoping by doing so that it would be what I saw from outside. I have purchased other Roman shades with backings and the string that pulls the shade up was always in the middle of the fabrics and not visible from the outside. The pictures are hard to see with the glare. If your not worried about what it looks like from the outside I’d say it’s worth the money. I’m giving them 4 stars because of the quality however for what I paid for these they should be pretty from both angles.. ... show more

I am thoroughly impressed with the high-quality fabric of the Roman shade. Despite my uneven window, the seller provided excellent communication to ensure the correct sizing for the fabric. While the installation would have been flawless, I overlooked the need for a side mount and should have subtracted a quarter-inch from each side to accommodate the brackets. I was so hesitant to purchase these due to the fact that my window was so long and they would have needed to be such a specific measurement. I could not find any that were pre made to fit the window I needed but didn’t want to spend too much on them. I almost went the rout of DIY but am honestly glad I didn’t! Not only do these look great and saved me a ton of time, they were super easy to install! Also, the customer service is spectacular. They contacted me to confirm the sizing multiple times to be sure I wasn’t unsure and wasting my money on something that wouldn’t work for me. They seem to truly care. Definitely recommend! These are well made Roman shades and Ashley was delightful to work with. She was great at double checking on sizing etc so I’d get the best product possible. I did not get lined shades. I wanted some light to come through. They are thick, and made with a nice quality fabric. I really love them. They’re easy to operate, and were easy to install. For the Roman shades that go on my patio doors—a note for anyone else shopping. I made a mistake and want to make sure no one else does the same dumb thing, because these shades cannot be returned. The measuring guides for doors shows you to measure above the window but still on the door. I did that. I was not thinking about how anything attached above my door would obviously impart my ability to slide the other door open. Just not thinking. So if you need these for sliding doors, measure them to hang perhaps above the trim. Very disappointed in my mistake as these are not cheap. ... show more
