Good, actually really good, but for only one year
lasted one year.....now when I put it in the water a yellow light comes on and can't turn it off. Eventually the unit loses power and when you go to charge it begins then process but then stops. Nothing anywhere to show how to troubleshoot. For the first year it worked well but clearly you're not wanting something that is only good for a year.... one addition to my original review... there is NO support to this item so once it breaks ....and it will break.... you're done. DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM.....you'll be sorry

Great for cleaning my In ground pool
I’ve wanted a robot for years and finally after researching I decided on the SMONET It’s easy to charge and it works for 2 hours. After a few times the robot learned the pool and now I use it a few times a week and my pool is spotless. The time savings alone Is worth the investment. I love this pool robot.

Great machine for the price! Machine app/basic
So far so good! I’m satisfied with the results this machine has. The app that you use can be updated. It is very basic. I had to read some of the reviews to understand that the machine’s Bluetooth won’t work/connect once you submerge in your pool. So the 3 programmable instructions would need to be selected before placing in the pool.

One-year product
I’ve seen where another customer mentioned that it lasts for a year. They’re absolutely right about that! I bought this thing in June 2025 and it just recently started acting up on me. I will put the robot in the pool fully charged, look out roughly 20 minutes later and the thing has already stopped. I pull it out of the pool, turn it back on and let it continue to run, and it stops again within 30 minutes. It worked great when it worked, but that ship has sailed. I am about to reach out to the customer service regarding this product. Will definitely update this review once I do.

Excellent
Should have purchased years ago. Gets every spot of pool (pool size 36 x 16 with diving side and stairs) Takes about 1.5 hours and picks up everything including sand.

Takes too long to clean.
We just opened the pool Thursday evening and threw the vacuum in. After a couple of hours it was time to recharge it, with very little of the leaves & sediment that had gotten in under the liner during the winter. We didn't put it back in until yesterday afternoon & had to charge it after 2.5-3 hours. After charging twice & putting back in the 18'x33' pool, the whole bottom still isn't clean. Where it's went over the bottom, it's very clean, but this is taking too long. If our window to return it hadn't ended yesterday, I'd return it and go back with a corded vacuum like we've always had. It would have the entire pool cleaned in the time it's taken for this one to run one cycle & recharge. If you have all day to clean your pool, I think it would be fine, but for us, it's not worth it. I've added pictures to show the bottom after running the vacuum at least 5 times. It may be hard to see with the sun shining off the water & the wind making ripples.

Won’t clean entire pool!
Absolute junk, it already broke and stopped working. Neither the seller or the manufacturer will help us. We just wasted $400. Cleans good if it would do the whole pool! It just sits and spins in the same spot over and over and then takes off across the pool and leaves large areas untouched. Tried to “chat” with support for the product and all I got was a run around including me to “shake the machine for 10 seconds” to help with the radar services of the machine.

Poor customer service.
Well it would be a 5 star but one of the tracks broke this morning. I have had this unit since March 2026, one of the tracks broke in half. I have contacted the seller and they have not responded. So if you are going to buy this please note there is no customer service number and if you email them they do NOT respond. The robot itself is awesome but evidently you cannot buy parts for this product. For the amount of money you spend on it, you would think they would be able to provide parts. The tracks you can buy on Amazon do not fit.
