I love this robot!
I love this robot! I am a new pool owner and had read some mixed reviews about the robots. So, I decided to buy a fairly expensive creepy crawler. I was really excited for my creepy crawler but it took maybe 5 minutes for it to get stuck in a corner and not move. I tried everything but the creepy crawler kept getting stuck in the same corner. I returned the creepy crawler and decided I would look for a robot. I was drawn to the Robotic Pool Cleaner because it had about 200 reviews with an average of 4.8 stars. I thought, that seems like enough people had tried it out and liked it. The Robotic Pool Cleaner is awesome. My whole family loves it. It was ready to go when it arrived. All I had to do was push 1 button and drop it in pool. It then runs for about 2.5 hours. It climbs all the walls, gets my shallow ledge, gets the entirely of the bottom of the pool. It does a great job. Even when my pool appears clean, the cleaning filter/basket on the robot is loaded up. It gets the tinyest debris. It will pick up hairs, sand, pebbles, everything. When I am done, I just grab it with the provided hook, clean the filter and plug it in overnight to charge. Holiday present that turned out to be coal. The Grinch(Seauto) that stole Christmas
I purchase the seauto robot pool vacuum and it worked for a few month. Then it quit charging right. It would take 2-3 hours to charge and last almost that time in the pool while working. Then when I tried to recharge it it would light up green saying it was charged in less than 10 mins of charging. When trying to use it after that it would last less than 10 mins in the pool till it was out of charge. I contacted support and the were on it for the first few conversations. They asked to submit all info pictures and video with order info. Once I turned that in they ghosted me. No responses on how to proceed. When I called customer service they said they could only send my request to the support team and that they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Well it’s been months and still nothing. So I keep calling back and they say they escalated to claim and to wait to hear from support. Still no responses. This has gone on multiple times. Call emails and nothing back. When I ask for a supervisor or a manger to talk to or their number to call myself they say they can’t. Why?! This is absolutely ridiculous and a poor way to run a business. I even to to the ai online support asking to talk to a human they say they can do that. I’d think twice before purchasing anything from this company. If nothing comes out of this I will upload all communications for the world to read. This company gets no stars from this guy. Well to submit this I had to give at least 1 star. But I don’t approve of it. It wouldn’t let me leave them blank. 😡 Time will tell if they follow through on their responsibilities as a decent company that handles their warranties. Works well so far!!
I have only had this a few days and I will update if anything changes but so far I really like this cleaner. For the past 8 years I have been using side pressure cleaners. First a Hayward that came with the pool then a 280 that failed after 3 years and I rebuild that only lasted a year. So I decided to switch types. I researched a lot but didn't want to spend a ton of money so I decided to tet this one. It picked up more sand/pebbles and debris than the polaris ever did. It actually brushes the walls and floor. However, when it comes to the water line so far it only goes all the way up in 4' or less water. It actually climbs the steps and cleans them which neither of my prior ones did. Charges in a little over 2 hours. Runs for hour and half or more. Unbelievably easy to operate. I was prepared for an afternoon of adjusting and programming but I simply charged it up, turned it on and dropped it in. I have run it 3 times and plan on running it again today. I have an automatic cover so I don't get a lot of debris in my pool but this thing picks up what I do get and then some! Will update after a couple of weeks! ... show more

Magnificent Vacuum
I just received this item recently, and I usually am a little weary about purchasing such a costly product without actually seeing it up front. after doing some research, I found this product to be very durable. So I went ahead and made the purchase, I have to say that I am pleasantly pleased and surprised with how great this vacuum works in my pool. It has a super fast charging time and it did a great job picking up all the debris on the bottom of my pool. I have a thirty thousand gallon concrete pool, and this vacuum had no issue climbing the walls and maneuvering around the pool. so far.I am very pleased with this item and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy vacuum. ... show more

Pool robot does well
This unit does a good job, so far no issues. If you have fine sediment do not expect to capture it with this unit, it does a good job on floors and walls and I have a vinyl liner.

Does not last. No replacement parts or service available.
I was completely satisfied with this cleaner at first. It does a good job of cleaning my pool, charge lasts a long enough. However, after careful use for one charge, about once a week and 6 months the drive gear on one side broke. A cheap plastic part. It would be very simple to replace but I can’t get a reply from the company or find anywhere to get a replacement. Great vac ruined by not having a 50 cent replacement part. ... show more

I love it.
Holy cow. I don’t know if there’s a difference between these robotic pool cleaner brands but I will tell you that once you buy one of these you will never go without. I was using that stupid vacuum that hooked into the side of the pool and you attached to your pole handle and that’s worthless. This thing is great you just throw it in the pool and two hours later you pull it out. It keeps the pool spotless. Only good for about a year
Before this no complaints but now1 year 4 months after purchase problems started. The manufacture warranty is only good for one year, of course. The voice has started to make a crackling sound. which is used to switch between climbing the wall and floor mode. It’s sporadically works, sometimes it’s stagnant at the bottom.
