The media could not be loaded. We purchased this when our Polaris pool cleaner stopped working and couldn’t be repaired. This takes about 5ish hours to charge. It does have 2 cleaning modes, all over and walls. This pool cleaner has enough power to get from the deep end of the pool to the shallow end with zero issues. This also has enough power and suction to climb the walls of the pool and scrub the waterline. If we have an excessive amount of leaves in the pool we will pull the pool cleaner out with the provided hook, empty the basket of leaves and debris and put it back in the pool and it will continue. We have had this robot pool cleaner for about 3-4 months. We use it at a minimum once a week, when the leaves were falling we might use it daily. The basket is easy to remove and we just hose it off and it pops right back in the robot pool cleaner. Are there better robot pool cleaners out there, I’m sure there is. I do t think you will find a better one at this price point.

I've waited to post this review for 6 months to be able to give an honest review. This robot does a great job cleaning our pool. Our pool is about 20'x30' and an odd shape. The robot cleans every inch. It is capable of cleaning walls, pool bottom or both having 3 modes to choose from. We used this every day including Northern Calif. winter months and had Zero problems. I clean/wash it after every use and it take me all of a few minutes to do so. Charge it for the following day and in to the pool it goes. No more lengthy hoses or broken down pool sweeps.

I wasn’t sure about this, but there is so much construction around us now the pool was having to be swept more often, so I decided to get this. I wanted easy. Turn on, put in pool And let it do its thing. I didn’t want to fool with apps. But I did find out to get it out of the mode it’s in when it comes you have to download the app. I know this because I called customer support because I was going to send it back. (They answered right away and helped me) after you download app it automatically stays in full mode. Which is sides and bottom. You do have the option of just doing bottom or just sides. But when you turn it in after that each time it is in full mode. It runs for about 2.5 hours or more. I don’t watch it the whole time. It stops in a corner when it’s done (no more battery) there is a hook you attach to your own pole to pull it out. pool is perfectly clean. I have a 12x24 kayak pool. It even climbs the stairs I have in the pool. This is first summer (and it was at the end, used it for about a month) I wish I had got it sooner. I hope this last. Easy to clean and charge.

The robot was working and collecting debris, though not very efficiently. However, after just five months of use (purchased in November 2024, and now it’s April 2025), it stopped working. The wheel and belt on one side have stopped moving completely. When I try to turn them by hand, they feel extremely stiff and heavy. The other side still works normally. Every time I place the robot in the pool, a bright white warning light turns on after about a minute. It seems like there’s a motor issue. I tried to figure out what was wrong and if I can fix it, but it's not easy to disassemble. The basket is small and not durable. There are small holes on the screens after about three uses. I used screen patches to repair it. I paid over $400 and only got about eight uses out of it—that’s far too expensive for such poor durability. I do not recommend buying this product.

It does a pretty good job of cleaning the pool, but it does not follow a prescribed pattern or "learn" the layout of your pool. It simply roams around your pool randomly and sucks up debris. It does climb walls, but it's not going to clean all of your walls. I set it to floor-only mode and brush the walls of the pool manually. The app is simple and easy to use.

I decided to live with this device for several weeks before submitting a review. The Good: it does a great job of cleaning the bottom of my 18x36 inground pool allowing me more time to enjoy the pool instead of maintaining it. It really cleans the bottom and walls we'll. The bad: My pool has rounded corners and I do notice it doesn't like to get In those corners too well but by no means a deal breaker. I found if I take a brush and push the debris out of the corners into the floor first it does a great job of cleaning. My only other beef is it always seems to run out of battery in the deep end of the pool instead of the shallow end. All in all I am completely satisfied with it compared to me having to do it with a vacuum hose. I can't believe I cleaned this pool the hard way for 12 years. It's worth every penny but I hope the company updates the firmware to clean the deep end first and then the shallow end so it dies in shallow water.

I purchased this pool robot to clean my 18x32 pool. Pros: Battery life is good and yes it does climb the walls. The pool robot bluetooth pairs with the phone and can be commanded to "only do floor" or "do everything." Cons: On a full charge the suction does not seem to pick up some debris on the pool floor. I watch the pool robot drive over dirt on the floor and the dirt remains in the pool. I clean the filter after each use and it seems to only do "so-so" and sometimes it takes a recharge and a second attempt to clean the pool. I was expecting better performance from such a high-dollar robot.
