Used this product to wash my truck in the winter months. It worked great for what I had used it for. It has great pressure, and its easy to use. Battery life is my only ding on this product. I can wash my entire truck start to finish rinse, soak, hand wash then rinse again if I charge the battery while I hand washed the truck. So when I wasn't spraying plugged it back in. But I would recommend it for sure.

To the manufacturer of this product - I love it! The replacement of the bulky pressure washer machine with this neat pressure gun is amazing, however, here are my 2 cents on how to improve your product, so people would actually be able to use it: 1. This is the 21 century, we have electric cars that run on batteries, can you please MAKE A BATTERY THAT HOLDS ITS CHARGE??? Common, at least state that if I am going to use it on maximum setting, I should expect no more than 5 minutes of continuous operation. BTW, your package does have a space for a second battery, so why don't just add one more to make it easier? 2. To anyone who's going to use this device with garden hose connected to a faucet - please be mindful of the fact that this unit is NOT DESIGNED for it. Main reason - it doesn't have a shutoff valve, so the moment you turn the water on, the gun will start spraying, so make sure you point it in a direction that won't get affected by being sprayed by water while you run from the faucet to grab the unit. 3. The location of the setting button - please have your engineers review the concept of "ergonomic", so customers won't have to continuously press the setting button, because it is right under their thumb, where you would normally grip the handle. 4. Please make sure to either supply the correct charger in the kit or update your instructions to show the correct order of LED lights - my charger was continuously showing red LED while charging and would only turn green, when I disconnected from the battery (this is the exact opposite of the manual). Also, that would take away the guess work out of figuring out when the battery is fully charged. Once you fix ALL of those items - please let me know, and I'd be more than happy to consider your product again.

The pressure washer is great. It’s small, light and powerful. I used it this morning and it was great. I charged up the battery and tried it again this afternoon and it worked great for about 20 minutes. Then it stopped. I was pretty frustrated and tried charging up the battery. I plugged the charging cord in and it went directly to green- like it was fully charged. That didn’t make sense since I just used it for 20+ minutes and definitely needed a charge. Unplugged the charger and the battery and replugged everything but still, nothing. I went into my tool closet and found another 21v battery with a similar pin configuration. It fit and it worked. The unit is great but the battery failed on the first day of use.
