I was surprised and upset with myself at first, because I was browsing DeWalt products when I stumbled across this chainsaw. I bought it thinking it was a DeWalt. I also purchased a DeWalt 20 inch Flexvolt chainsaw. I used them both to clear a hunting trail. The 8 inch saw really impressed me. It has great torque and didn't bind up very much under pressure. It's lightweight and easy to handle. It was the perfect little backup saw that ended up being my primary after the big DeWalt saw crapped out on me. Score one for the knockoff brand!

Runs on 20 volt Dewalt style batteries ..which I had on hand .... does a great job on smaller limbs etc....It did get bound up with grass as I was cutting in some weeds .... but over all a good inestment.

I ordered this for my husband's birthday in late September. As soon as another package arrived via Amazon he opened it up immediately. He had no idea I'd ordered it but that didn't slow him down. He grabbed a Dewalt battery and went outside to test this mini-saw. It was all it was advertised. He's looking forward to setting up his tree stand and finding limbs blocking his shooting lane to he will have something he must remove.
