Bought this for weeding my garden rather than using a hoe like normal.....and even though I still used a hoe to hill up the dirt closer around the plants it did a really good job of getting the weeds uprooted enough to die....which was what I wanted. I used a 5amp xl dewalt battery and it was not too heavy and I was able to control it nicely. In my opinion if you already have dewalt batteries then this is a must have for your garden. I also used it without the guard to be able to see what i was actually tilling which worked out very nice as well.

I got this item to clear an area so that I can change the landscaping by adding rocks or flower bed in my back and front yard. This item exceeded my expectations. Its built very sturdy. The assembly instructions are easy to follow and hard to get wrong. The handle is strong and the buttons are clear on their functions. This cultivator cleared the area I needed to clear with ease. Very capable of handling even areas that have thick roots. Great product.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this garden tiller. In addition to purchasing this tiller, I had to buy 20 v DeWalt battery packs. ( which I bought a 2 pack 5.0 Ah ). But this tiller is awesome. My husband and I used it to loosen the soil to reseed areas in our yard. It worked like a champ. I highly recommend this tool! I look forward to using it for other projects— loosening mulch for remulching, (or realizing I don’t need more mulch because this thing brightens what mulch I already had ) , weeding the garden, loosening soil for replanting flowers or plants.

I usually don't write reviews, but this little powerhouse deserves some recognition. I went in thinking if it didn't work I'd only be out $100, but it exceeded my expectations ten-fold. It tears up the ground like a champ and desimates the weeds better than I ever could have. The compact size makes it easy to get between plants and I was able to get under low trees that needed attention. I'm no spring chicken, but I used this for 45 minutes straight until my battery wore out, but I wasn't wore out! It's very easy to remove the tines for cleaning too. This is my new favorite garden tool that will get a lot of use!

Nice Dewalt 20V battery compatible tiller. Overall, I am pleased with this tiller. It was easy to assemble with the included straight forward instructions. Bare tool weighs in at 9.2 lbs and 10.8 lbs with a 20V 6 aH battery attached. It balances well and is well powered. I did have some Bermuda grass roots tangle in the tines. Very easy to clean by removing the snap pins on the time shafts. Roots and weeds are easily removed and your back to tilling in less than a minute. It seems to be well built and user friendly. I will utilize the tiller around small and shallow rooted plants that my large Troybilt tiller would otherwise destroy. See video and photos.

The second this under powered POS turns off the second the tines touch the ground. What a complete waste of time to assemble and the disassemble so I can return it.
