I was pleasantly surprised with this. I tested it on cutting a weld. I put a lot of pressure on it and it didn't bog down. Seems to have plenty of power. I tested it using Dewalt batteries and it worked fine. I also used the battery that came with it to power a Dewalt tool and it worked fine. Lots of nice accessories which was a bonus. I haven't used it a lot but so far so good.

A big polishing job came up along with some grinding of pipe diameters. This tool handled both and more and supplies all the accessories you need. Their customer service is the best I've experienced. I recommend the tools and the company. I hope they expand their product line.

What impressed me most was how smooth and controlled this grinder is. There's no jarring startup torque—it ramps up smoothly to speed. This gives you much better control for precise grinding and cutting lines. The guard is also very easy to adjust without tools. A very well-thought-out piece of equipment.
