Cute, breathable onsie for post surgical protection. This lightweight material is nice for the warm temperatures we are seeing in the area. Our pup was spayed and the cone that they sent her home with was clumsy and clearly uncomfortable for her. The pup is 25 lbs but is long and skinny. The size charts shows Small as 20-31 lbs and Medium as 31-44 lbs, but her length was clearly in the Med range. I chose the size Medium not for weight but by measurement and glad that I did because it fits perfectly from the neck to tail area - any smaller and I think it would be too tight. I gave it 4 stars because I found it hard to fastener the tail magic tape (velcro). When I pull the attach the tape on one side, the other side goes taut and harder to fasten. Ideally, a second set of hands is convenient especially to keep the dog still if it wants to fuss. I bought 2 onsies so we could wash one while wearing the other. The other onsie has more of a diaper type of bottom which has velcro attachment in the middle of her back. The minus to that feature is that it has an overlap of fabric near the abdomen which she can get into if we don't secure it well. This onsie provides much better protection of that abdominal area with no chance of getting access to lick the surgical site. So, while a challenge to get on initially, in the long run provides better protection once on.

I got this surgery suit for my 70 lb puppy after her surgery, and the XXL fits her perfectly! She's expected to grow to around 100 lbs eventually, and I don’t think it’ll fit her then but for now, it’s just right. The material is so soft compared to another suit I got her, and it has a little more stretch, which is perfect for my big girl. Plus, the colors are super cute! Very happy with this purchase.

The cone of shame, just wasn’t going to work for our little Jack Russell. This product was a godsend! The size we bought was still to big for her, but my daughter modified it and it worked PERFECT!!

Loved the idea of this recovery suit but that’s about it. My 56 lb German Shepard found a way to shimmy out of the neck hole multiple times, or get it low enough on her body to just start ripping and tearing at the fabric. First night she had it on, she ripped out the little patch covering her vagina. She can also go right in through the arm holes to get to her belly. You can’t put the suit in the dryer so once it’s been stretched out enough, nothing gives it its shape. $40 down the drain (I bought two) before the recovery period is even over. Bought an xl based off size chart and other reviews.
