I ordered the 10K chain. I have returned it as it was too short - my fault and because it would have gone back anyway due to the horrible colour. I have several 10K gold chains but this one looks brassy and very tacky. I could never wear it myself let alone give it as a gift to someone. The quality of the chain looks good as does the clasp but for me personally this product is not it. And they truly do take their time refunding your money so be prepared. ... show more

A truly beautiful gold necklace, this is the real McCoy! Elegant, nicely polished. My wife loves this necklace, and it really looks great on her. She has the 4 mm version. I recommend it. However, there are a couple of things you should know. The company keeps the price down--gold is really expensive these days--by making the necklace pieces hollow. That may make the necklace easier to bend or crush--I don't want to test this. The company recommends laying the necklace flat, but that's not how it comes. It's in a nice box with a pillow inside: a piece is over the pillow, but most of the necklace is under the pillow. Not a problem for us, but check out your necklace before wearing it. Very disappointed with my purchase was advertised as 14k gold and I received a flimsy 10k chain. Will be returning this item I do not recommend. The box was heavier than the chain.
