The media could not be loaded. Pros: It was relatively easy to put up with just my husband and myself. It covers my entire deck and you can sit anywhere on the deck and be covered from the sun and/or rain. Looks great and provides a wonderful outdoor space where you get plenty of fresh air but the sun is not beating down on you. Cons: The tarp is really thin. It pools water and then collapses. Can't withstand any heavy rains. My husband already said to order a backup for when this one tears as soon as he put it up. Lasted < a month! Also, it collects rain so we have to buy some poles to stand up in the tent when it rains to force the water off the sides. On Saturday, 7/10/20 it collapsed when it rained hard. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! THE TARP IS TOO THIN AND THE WATER POOLS SO YOU HAVE TO BE OUTSIDE SHUCKING OFF THE WATER WHILE IT'S RAINING! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! ... show more

Update 8-Aug-2021 Seller contacted me directly, outside Amazon's communication channel, in violation of Amazon policy. Very shady, I would not do business with them, nor will I take down negative listing for any amount. SEE UPDATES BELOW: Original Post: Pros: easy to assemble, product was mostly as described. Cons: after first rain the water accumulated in canopy stretching it and causing it to sag. Removed canopy prior to next rain then started to notice rust on some components, so decided to bring it indoor and effectively not use it until...set it up again the other day and works fine in good weather. However, it was no match for moderate downpour. As you can tell from the picture, water formed in canopy, which sagged and stretched causing more water to accumulate until the weight was too much, pieces of frame broke and the whole structure collapsed. Canopy needs higher pitch and cover needs to be much stronger material that does not stretch and sag to allow water to accumulate. UPDATE 6/2/2021: Received this email from them... Hi, [my name]. This is an email from Amazon Customer Service. I am Amazon customer service. [This is not true] Thank you very much for your purchase and take the time to write a review. We sincerely accept your comments, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you because the product you purchased does not meet your requirements. Now, I have a request, I hope you can help us delete your comments and accept our compensation. [This violates Amazon policy] We know that your negative review is what we deserve, so it is indeed unreasonable to ask you to delete it. This is a great pop up, we had a tangled mess earlier in the summer as I was not carful. I am kind of glad as I like this pop up better. We use it in the summer and the will in the wintertime. This came with a very nice travel bag with wheels, sandbags for when we take it to the beach and also the soccer field with the stakes. provided. I don’t like to be to techie but, flame retardant oxford fabric important as it is next to our house. top with silver coating inside provides 100 sq. ft. of shade with 99% UV protection from the sun. That is the important one we live in Arizona, so this is a must and the size ten by ten makes it the perfect size for our bar top type table. Super easy to set up, with the fully assembled one-piece frame and very sturdy quick tubes. It is always easier with two people, but I did it myself. I actually really like the unique design that uses clamps instead of these little ball bearings that you can never seem to push in and always click in taking is a long time to push up. It is actually very tall more than we need, but what I love-the best-is that it is easy to make it really low to the ground and we do not have to worry about the light breezes. . This canopy but folds down compact, in bag size 53''x9''x9”. Vehicle transportation friendly. Fit in the most of back seat. BOOM this is the only one you need for years. ... show more
