It's really nice looking and goes up in less than a minute, but like all of these covers the members and joints are pretty flimsy... we use ours A LOT for youth sports and it lasted a little over a year before bent members and broken joints made it impossible to erect. I bought 3 of these … 5 years ago… and I just purchase another… 5 years agoI was having a graduation party in my yard, and I called to rent a tent .. the cost to rent a tent for 1 day was double the price , compared to buying 3 of these.. .. easy to set up , take down, , secure to the grounds and store . We received the gazebo quickly and the packaging was intact. We followed the directions for set up and the end piece of frame blew through the corner of the gazebo cover. I believe that the seam wasn't all the way sewn. I sent feedback but have not heard from vendor. I will be returning. Love the gazebo but it had a defective seam. ... show more

13x13 Bought July 2022. Frame is solid, only had to replace one bolt. One velcro tab was incorrect and unable to fasten to the other tab. Only used in spring/summer months and light wind creates rips/frays in fabric after time leading to entire sections ripping. No replacement fabric found on site.

We have only used this canopy once so far. It was easy to set up and break down - my husband did both himself in less than 10 minutes. It looks a lot nicer than the cheaper canopies we considered as well. It was a bit windy out the day we used it. Since we had it on concrete, we secured one post with a heavy patio umbrella stand and it kept it in place without having to tie down the other corners. Overall, for the price, look, and convenience of having this for occasional uses, I do recommend this canopy. ... show more

Rec’d Aug 2021, from Amazon, set it up for the summer of 2022. Easy set up. However, after one season the canopy is ripping at the corners ,and needs to be replaced. Can not find a contact number for the Cooshade Direct US company. Amazon didn’t have one either. Assistance needed, thanks

This thing is pretty awesome. It goes up in a snap, is really big and pretty well built and looks awesome. The best part though is the customer service I've gotten from their team. They were fast, super responsive, and really fair. Can't go wrong buying this one.
