Installed on my senville 12,000 btu floor mounted unit as I heard they were cross compatible with cooper and hunter. The senville app recognized it immediately and it works perfect so far. Can now adjust the temp before I get home from work to have it perfectly heated or cooled. App is simple but it gives you everything you need including scheduling. Thumbs up.

If you have been trying to find a Pioneer Brand Wi-Fi Remote Monitoring and Control Device to control your split unit via as smart phone but are finding it's sold out everywhere, I recommend this one. Open box, download app from Cooper & Hunter via QR Code. Open panel for split unit and look at the underside of the panel on the left. The slot for the USB device is hard to miss and the dongle can only slot correctly one way. You will feel it click. Close the panel and ask app (you will need to have set up an account) search. It found mine immediately and added it in seconds. The only thing I needed to do was log in to local router and I changed the name of the AC unit in the app. Simple. After that I could immediately control all the functions of the AC unit. No need to press and hold anything on the remote. Total set up. Less than 5mins. Once installed the USB to controlling the unit by smart phone (assuming you've set up an account on the app first), less than 60 secoonds

My main reason for getting this was to add my mini split into my home automation. I was able to add it to Home Assistant very easily (once I figured it out) and local control works great. I set up the dongle using the nethome app and that works fine as well. Scheduling is nice. Then I used the Midea Smart AC integration from HACS. It found it automatically and added it. Now I set up an automation to match the set temp of the mini split to the set temp of my main thermostat.

Used this product on a newly installed mini split and it is fantastic, completely replacing the handset and allowing remote operation. Set it up in less than a minute, and worked flawlessly.

The app on the play store does not support the latest Android version (13). If you can't use the app you can't use the module which makes it worthless.

Currently there are NO available WIFI modules for the WYS series of Pioneer mini-split air conditioners. These happen to be the exact same module as of this review. Installed these on 3 WYS009AMFI22RL-10 air conditioners. Followed the instructions for the unavailable Pioneer module on the pioneer site. Works perfectly though the cost is higher. I didn't care, higher is much better than out-of-stock. Work exactly as described on the pioneer website. Apparently several manufacturers use this WIFI module.

Bought three of these to fit into my triple zone cooper and hunter mini split. I have the Olivia series, which from my understanding is their latest models, so its nice to see that these work. Installation does take a screwdriver and a few moments of your time but in reality you just plug them into the USB port on your indoor minisplit unit and they are immediately discoverable in the app. I recommend that you use the NetHome Plus app rather than the cooper and hunter. It is the exact same application and compatibility, but nethome plus will work with smart home assistants like google or alexa. The dongles just took a few moments to pair up and have had a rock solid connection to my internet. No complaints at all since now I can remotely turn them on or off in anticipation of when I'll be home. If I had a negative to mention, its that you need 1 dongle per indoor minisplit unit, so expect to pay up if you have a lot of zones.
