I bought this 150lb last year for a total of $170. It beats many prices out there for the same weight. The leather material outside the bag holds up pretty well. It is solid almost all throughout, meaning that the only soft part is the very top, which I do not punch. This bag is pretty good. Beware, however, that punching 150lbs is quite exhausting and possibly harmful for your knuckles if you do not protect them adequately. Wear gloves that are guaranteed to protect your hands for a long time. If you can buy gauze tape and create cushion with the hand wraps, do so. Fantastic for the money, actually can't be beat. If this falls apart in the near future I'll update this but for now I'm a satisfied customer. Seems in India they know how to put together a good punching bag. 1 month ago I bought the more expensive ringside leather and within 3 weeks it was literally falling apart. I bought this for my son a few months ago and he loves it. This costs twice what a good vinyl covered canvas bag goes for but it also costs less than half what most other leather bags cost. It's leather and it really does feel a lot better on your hands. Amazon's price, which included the shipping, was the best deal around. My son and his friends use the bag pretty frequently and the cover is still in great condition. The contents seem to have settled to the bottom a little but not too much. Hopefully taking it off the mount and rolling it on the floor will help restore it to its original shape. ... show more

This bag is no joke, most bags these days are filled with packing peanuts and old couch cushion foam, not this one it's very solid and feels great when you go all out on it with kicks. I was concerned looking at competitors bags because the chain mounts always look pretty weak and as a martial artist I'll be kicking the bag and flimsy chain mounts get torn up really quick, that's not an issue with this bag it's definitely built to last and to take a beating unlike the squishy competitor's pay per view bags. ... show more
