Comfortable & sturdy 24'' counter height chairs
Item Package Quantity: 3
Color: 24" Charcoal Chrome Legs
Arrived early. Packaged very well. The charcoal colored, linen fabric material of these chairs is exactly what I was seeking for my home. The silver blends well with my kitchen. The height of the chairs is perfect at 24 inches. Fits under the island. Simple assembly instructions. I put these together myself. It took about a hour. They are very sturdy. I've used them for about one month and have not noticed any issues. Don't second guess the purchase.

Chairs suck, company has a SHADY refund policy
Item Package Quantity: 3
Color: 24" Charcoal Chrome Legs
I ordered 3 chairs for my kitchen. Upon assembling one of them and testing it out I came to dislike the chair. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and painful on my back not to mention the countless 1 star reviews of the chairs literally falling apart and breaking on people. I have not seen reviews like that on other sets of chairs I've seen. Anyways I placed a return on the chairs and thought it would go smoothly. I printed their labels and followed the instructions (which had typos, another red flag). 2 months go by and upon shipping it to them I did not receive a refund whatsoever. I had to contact them and ask what was going on. They first said they needed my tracking numbers which I did not have because I sent it to them via UPS pickup. I provided the amazon return ID and order ID and they stated they didn't receive any shipments of this chair model to the warehouse recently and continued insisting I provide a tracking number which I did not have. I used THEIR labels which didn't have tracking numbers on them so I just said I was going to report them to Amazon and have them resolve it. Only then did they finally cooperate and were able to locate my chairs in their warehouse without the tracking numbers which had been there for MONTHS yet they didn't issue the refund until I reached out? Not to mention you don't get the full amount back for returning the product. If you care about ethics, do not buy from this company. Ethics aside the chairs are extremely uncomfortable. I found better chairs for around the same price that swivel and are super comfortable on my back. tl;dr shady refund practices, low quality chair that hurts your back, has broken on people before as stated in other 1 star reviews. They'll only refund you to avoid being reported. They won't issue the refund until you complain in the hopes you just forget and let the time expire.

Love the chairs
Item Package Quantity: 3
Color: 24" Charcoal Chrome Legs
I’ll start off by saying, I love these barstools. I ordered 3 and saying this, the seller shipped on three different tracking numbers. Amazon only provided me one. So when they arrived at my doorstep it was only 2/3 chairs. As you can imagine, I freaked out. Called customer service and they didn’t know what to do except for send out a claim. The claim came back really quick in which the seller explained that the third chair had its own tracking and was delayed but will be delivered the very next day. I was relieved. Shame on Amazon for not providing all tracking numbers. Great job to the seller.

Unhappy
Item Package Quantity: 4
Color: 24" Charcoal Chrome Legs
I’m sad to say I returned these chairs. The frame has to be put together and it doesn’t line up well. Gaps at every junction made me worry about how long they would last. Additionally the stitching was crooked on every chair. The company charged me $83.49 restock fee. Unbelievable. I had to put them together and take them apart, plus drop them off because the quality was poor. Why am I paying a fee. I had to send pictures of my concerns in order to get a shipping label. They wanted me to pay to ship them back. Not happy with this experience. I was excited to have the chairs. Now I’m feeling ripped off!!
