These tablecloths are pretty amazing, they look like linen, but somehow are both water resistant and dirt resistant. I usually just have to brush them off and they look perfectly clean. Honestly, I only wash them about once a month, sounds gross but they just don't look dirty. Highly recommend. The Lake Blue color is really nice.

I've purchased two of these and I'm going to buy more. I'm thinking two or three for each size of my table. These tablecloths are wrinkle free. Water beads up on it when spilled. They have yet to stain. I have two small children and they make a mess. I have washed multiple times and the color is still vibrant. I wish they made a round cloth for my other dining room table.

I needed a tablecloth for a small dining table in my RV. There were not many choices in this size, so I took a gamble on this one and was pleasantly surprised. The fabric is a substantial weight polyester with a slubbed linen look - it is not actual “linen”. It drapes nicely and did not require ironing right out of the package. The hems are finished neatly, and it looks way more expensive than it is. Just a word of caution - my tablecloth got a small pull in it when my husband was fiddling with an electronic circuit board on it, so don’t do that… And to the person/people who gave this tablecloth negative reviews because it was “too long”, that’s on you. Measure your table and buy the appropriate size. The measurements given are accurate.
