I purchased these to use with my desktop computer so I could play all the music files I have collected over the years. Easy setup out of the box. Two connectors plug in to the PC. One to the speaker jack and one to a USB port. They operate off and on with the computer power switch. No electrical plug needed. A button on one of the speakers changes the multi light patterns or you may turn off the light display. They produce a good quality sound at a very reasonable price. Over all a very good product. I am very happy with this purchase.

Right off the bat, I test every speaker with Spoonman. It's got the right amount of range w/ bass & treble. If you get too far into the highs then you'll hear some slight crackle but 98% of the time these speakers perform fantastically. I'm using them for gaming, music, and videos. You get the best sound quality with them placed in front of you so they're pretty well directed. The RGB options are plentiful with the exception of a static purple... it'll cycle through purple on the dynamic lighting settings though. Strange choice. Glad I bought these.

USB powered. Great speakers for regular computer or games that doesnt require perfect hearing like COD or 3D spatial sound, but for everyday computing, web browsing, and YouTube videos works great. Don't expect studio-grade speakers. the color lights are great but also can be used without lights. volume control is kind of hard to understand at the beginning (requires multiple clicks) small size, very lightweight, great design
