Ease of Use Converting it between a chair and a bed is relatively straightforward—I’d rate it a solid 7/10 for ease. It does take a little effort, but it’s worth it for the versatility it offers. Packaging and Setup The packaging was a bit of a challenge to open and set up initially—it almost felt too difficult to unpack. But once it was out, everything worked as expected.     • Not the best and not the worst

When I first got it I noticed immediately that there was not enough foam. I knew going into this that it might happen to me after reading all of the reviews but I guess I was in denial. Luckily the customer service is great and they sent me more foam at no cost within 10 days. It is now 3 times larger than it was before. It's very comfortable. Nobody has slept on it yet but I laid down for a little while and it isn't amazing as a bed but it beats laying on hardwood floors. I'm a large adult and didn't touch the floor so it's not absolutely terrible. It was terrible when there wasn't any foam though. With so many issues on the foam I'm surprised they don't just provide the normal amount to begin with. The foam itself sticks together at first. You have to break it apart. You can do this outside of the bag. When I looked inside and saw the type of foam they use I understand why it sticks. It's an annoyance at first but stays expanded than other teams over time. Pros: The concept is cool and convenient Comfortable bean bag The structure of the foam holds up well after many uses Cats love it! Customer service is great Cons: Not enough foam with original purchase Zipper was broken to gain access to foam. (I'm aware you have to use a paperclip to get access but the zipper itself looked melted and there was no hole to put the paperclip in.) Jumped through hoops to repair the zipper and get more foam (2 week ordeal to finally use bean bag/bed) Uncomfortable bed but manageable I would have easily given this 5 stars total if all the foam that should have been provided in the first place came in. I wouldn't have had to even make a zipper repair if this was the case. Additionally, I think the price is too high for what you get. It's not an amazing/wow product. If you're looking for a comfortable bean bag I suggest to spend half the cost for a different brand. If you like the concept of having an extra bed get a futon. If you're like me and need the extra bed once in a blue moon and need the storage space then this is for you. Overall I would rate this as completely average. We bought this bean bag while looking for a way to provide a way for our autistic daughter to safely crash into things. Foam couches are so expensive and pretty useless for anything else. This bag came quickly and was super stuffed with foam. It expanded in about a day to full size. It takes a bit of stuffing but it all folds into the bean bag cover pretty well. There is a chemical smell from the stuffing that is strong at first and then only shows up when you fluff it up. The only disappointment otherwise was that there is no real protection included for the crash pad. No cover or protector that is washable. We use a duvet cover that way we don't have to worry about stains. Way cheaper than the ones CordaRoy sells separately. The comfort of the crash pad for sleeping is pretty good. I wouldn't recommend long term use for sleeping, because the foam does settle. But it's pretty comfy for the odd night or daytime nap. Our daughter loves it for jumping off the couch and landing into. It works great for keeping her safe while allowing her sensory seeking. Overall, it works perfect for what we need! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. LOVE THE MOSS GREEN COLOR AND THE QUALITY OF THE FABRIC!! seriously so soft and the mattress it’s self is super comfy to lay on, I know some reviews said you had to fluff this for long periods of time… which I did probably 45minutes worth of “fluffing” in total I would say. When I first took it out the box I rubbed the foam balls together throughout the mattress for about 15-20minutes then my cats started helping ( I have lazy cats and 2 of them laid down in separate spots right away, which caused me to worry those spots wouldn’t elevate correctly based on other reviews I read)…. After taking about 10minutes to get the cats off I again rubbed the foam balls together flipped it over and let it sit overnight ( my cats were back sitting on it right away but to my surprise the next day the bed elevated evenly and perfectly!) great purchase if you need a bed that you can easily set up and put away and works great as a bean bag chair! Although other reviews stated they had purchased both a full and a queen and the queen didn’t elevate as well… I found the QUEEN size I ordered elevated just fine!
