This is such a great scooter!! It took longer to unwrap the great packaging than it took to put together.. it was soooo easy.. less than 10 minutes for my son. The battery was somewhat charged so we could see how it worked immediately.. although I did put it on the recommended charge to fully comply with instructions. Easy to fall in love with this ride.. I'm 81 and so happy to take a ride to the mailbox in my apt complex which is very hilly.. can't say enough.. ❤️ this scooter...

Ok, so when I first got the scooter, I thought some 5h8ng 2as wrong. It did not work. I kept trying to figure out what was the problem until I figure it out the scooter has to be in drive modern when it's turned on. If it is in unlock modern you get a flashing light l. So I turned it off and put it in drive and the scooter started moving. I'm a small person so the size didn't bother me. THE RIDE The ride is kinda hard b3cause the is no suspension or rubber tires. So when you are traveling outside of your home ilthe ride is a little hard. Inside it is pretty quick when you give it full power. I took it for a test drive I rode it for two miles and it's a little slow but it got me to my destination and back home with absolutely no problem. The colr blue is very nice. People were complimenting me on how beautiful to scooter looks with the mirrors. I put some turn signals on it, and a cup holder. The horn can bearly be heard it is very low. Over all I gave this scooter a 4 star rating only because the ride when going over uneven sidewalks is rough. Other then that I love it. It holds a charge pretty good. Oh one other thing, the steering could be alitte tighter. Very loose. The turning radius is not that good. It does not food parts come off to make it a little lighter but for me it is still alittle to heavy to lift. I need people to help me to get it in and out of my car. For serious it will be impossible to lift if you have any kind of weakness. I guess it was made for serious because it is slow. But for the money it is worth it compare to other higher prices scooters.

My opinion only- I dislike that the seat does not move forward or back. Leaves very little leg room for those whose legs don't bend well, and the fact that the seat doesn't have a higher back or head rest like most of the sooters do. Ride is stiff... would have been nice if the manufacture had added compression springs or shocks for a much smoother ride, otherwise it feels as if you are being jolted around. Body of scooter is made of heavy plastic that can be easily cracked. Overall, the scooter is reliable, climbs inclines well but is a bit tippsie on surfaces that aren't smooth, but, as they say, you get what to pay for. For the hundreds of dollars I paid for this scooter, I am somewhat disappointed with this purchase. On a positive note the sales company are quite friendly and response time is "swift."

I purchased this to replace a three wheel scooter that finally gave up the ghost after 7 years. This time I went with the 4 wheel scooter because I felt it would be more stable on the screwed up sidewalks where I live. Boy, was I right! It took a while to get used to the difference in making turns but I am a pro now. Assembly was a snap. I took the mirrors off. They were distracting but that was probably just me. The price was great, too.
