The ad says it can be used right away, unlike other brands which require a lot of assembly. Not true. It requires just as much assembly as another brand I purchased fro Amazon, but the actual assembly was a bit more difficult. Having said that, once assembled, it is clearly a superior machine to my previous machine if only because the hose connects directly to the high pressure outlet with a proper fitting instead of being attached to a hose reel swivel mount (which failed on the third use on the previous machine. Having now tested the machine I can report that it is WAY better than the WestForce Electric Pressure Washer, 3000 PSI 1.85 GPM Power Washer, 1800 W High Power Cleaner that I replaced after it failed. The Commowner 3000 PSI Electric Pressure Washer cleans better, but most important, it does not have the integrated hose on hose reel with the weak elbow that failed on the WestForce after 3 uses. As a result I upgraded its rating to a 4. The WestForce was under warranty, but I got no response at all when I requested replacement parts under warranty. ... show more

An inexpensive and easy-to-use pressure washer that can handle most jobs with ease. My only issue is wishing that it had more power. Having more power would allow for the pressure washer to clean larger swaths with each pass, which would make the job go quicker, making each job less time-consuming. But for most jobs around the house, this unit does get the job done at a very economical cost, and it is light and easy to store. I have used it on three small projects, and I am satisfied with the performance. I have not used it enough to determine if durability is an issue. ... show more

It's not near powerful as my 2700 psi gas power washer. Example it took me 11hrs to do the same job with my gas power washer took 6 hrs. It's great for small jobs but on larger ones I would use a gas powered one. But I will be getting my gas one fixed. But keeping this one for the small jobs! For the price its a good deal! ... show more

This unit replaces a gas powered unit delivering 1500 psi and 2.6 gpm. I thot those numbers were bogus and the 3000psi and 4gpm promises widely misses the mark on this unit. It was a little more power than my gas unit but no where even close to their promise. Having said that, it will do most, if not all, the stuff needed around my home. What I really like is that it is light in weight, very easy to use tho I added a quick disconnect on the outlet for convenience, clean with no gas and oil residue and appears good enough quality to last awhile. I bought thru Amazon the Tool DeluxePressure Washer Gun for some $30 that is a very good addition and a better unit than the one supplied with the washer. Not absolutely needed, just much better. I recommend the unit for household projects but it no where near delivers 3000psi at 4gpm. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Rules to follow to make sure you’re not caught off guard thinking it’s broke. 1) press the handle grip once release it then press again. 2) place only the black nozzle in the gun to use soap 3) make sure the water is on!! It will use the leftover water from the day before so you think you turned it on when you didn’t. 4) make sure you always use the red nozzle for start ups when you ran the hose dry. 5) I blew the GFI but accidentally getting it wet. Thought again oh no it’s broke. I made all 5 mistakes and thought oh no I was ripped off. Low and behold I fixed all the problems so far. It’s absolutely fantastic had the power of a 3000 for sure. I will not be returning this PW!!! When I first did the initial startup. I hit the start button and pressed the trigger it spit then total silence. I did this 4 times. I thoughtt uh oh it’s broke. I turned the switch back to off and then back on a few times. Did the exact same thing spit of water came out then silence. Come to find out all you have to do is release the initial gun’s trigger after it spit but press again then it starts right up and pressure is on. It’s so silent when you’re not pressing the gun’s handle too so I can see why someone would think it’s broke because it’s so silent.. Next I thought oh no the shampoo isn’t working. It works with the black nozzle only. I thought wonderful back to work and it did a fantastic job. Next day the pressure hose worked right away because it was using the residual water from the day before. It ran dry after 3mins. Started sputtering spitting and the system kept running and was very loud. Come to find out I didn’t turn the water hose on. Once turned on it made a lot of racket sputtering so I had to change out the nozzle to the red one and then it started working perfectly after a couple mins. Then I could change back to any of the other nozzles. ... show more

I purchased this pressure washer for smaller jobs around the house. At first it was leaking where the water hose goes in, but I was able to fix that. I love how it works for straight pressure washing. It did a wonderful job pressure washing my brick sidewalk and driveway.
