I bought the black cage with 360 lbs of weight. If you watch the YouTube video it is all correct. This one does not have a weight plate stacks though. Assembly was easy, it's not listed in this instruction manual but do tighten all of the bolts until the machine is done. The instruction manual did not include when to add the attachment holders that go on the top back and the plate covers, I figured that out from bushidosteelcrafts YouTube video on assembly. I have not received a 45 lb plate yet. I think it has been lost during shipping but the seller was so kind as to immediately ship me a new one after checking in with them. I was having an issue with the right-side pull-down cable that would get stuck and not come down smoothly, but I think replacing the plate-loaded part helped. I think the plate holder was dropped and had slightly tipped in where the pulley is screwed so it was rubbing it. I will update this later. Another issue was that the L side cable arm cannot slide down to the lowest setting completely because of the landmine attachment. It is not an issue if you are using the outer most settings but the middle settings are a problem. I also had a bit of a hardship setting up where i had a lot of slack from the cable arms, pull down, and row. I fixed it right up by pulling the cable that is attached to the back of the arm and held by screws. So far I've had it assembled for a week and a half and I love it. It's so great. I upgraded this version to have weight stacks by buying the Ader weight stacks here on Amazon and then buying a fork pulley attachment on Atlantis Fitness, a small company from Texas. Their website is not that updated but they are legit in case y'all want to upgrade yours too. Total cost was roughly the same as the version of this machine with stacks plus the bench. I have added pictures. Replacing the plate-loaded part helped with the slow pulley cable. Not sure what it was doing, I suspect one of the sides where the pulley is screwed in had tilted in from being dropped, but I can't tell, it's not drastic damage. Now it's smooth and plate-loaded. Update: both of the handgrips have broken with little use and the knee holding bar for the lat pull down set up slides off of the holes on the arm rests that its supposed to go to so ive never been able to use it.

The media could not be loaded. Its decently built. The welds looked shotty but then I compared it with other items around the house and concluded the welds are normal. Pretty easy to assemble, make sure you have an extra pair of hands for overhead construction. Wear a helmet for anything overhead, its not worth the risk. There are a few things in this that'll definitely snap a finger, so be extra carefuly in identifying pinch points, they are not marked. Was not a fan of how the metal poles are designed and put together but its held up well, given it wiggles a little on bench presses. Also to its benefit, the weights if large enough will collide with the bench press and mult use dual poles. It only bent out and around then bent back to being normal. So thats fortunate, but pretty subpar. For that is my 1 star removal. Pretty easy to avoid once you are able to see what it is, will provide video of this. Also I have an issue a part that does not want to fit together but I have to review this part with seller, I just haven't had the time. (Unconcluded, just worth mentioning to get the review out, will update or remove this part if I never come around for it. Just give me like 2 months.) Pretty good amount of options for exercises at a good price. If you need something now its perfect, but like most things you should probably save for the one you've seen in person. The shipping for this thing is insane, its 660lb package shipped with another company. They will likely need your cell number or you can probably just tell the seller its not necessary. So if you do decide to purchase this, CHECK YOUR AMAZON MESSAGES, very important. They, or the shipping service provided for me, were able to get it up an inclined driveway, I helped because I felt bad for the guy haha. They used a pallet jack and the deliver vehicle was a short semi. Slightly longer box semi if you will. So plan accordingly. Summary: Good, and plan out your delivery because its a big box that's very heavy (660lb). Don't forget about safety!

Yooooo this smith machine is a beast it has everything you need to get pumped up plus the price is less than half of what you pay for other smith machines this is a no brainer it took me at least 4 hours to built completely. It’s worth every penny. You wont regret it just get it

I had two small parts missing, and the shipping was not exactly on time. But besides that everything came in perfect, looks nice. The price was fair. I've set up a lot of gym equipment but this is by far the longest setup time for me. I like the fact that they have a video to show you how to assemble.

I do like this, I don't use super heavy weight with it so I can't speak to that, but it works well and it adds some diversity to my workouts. It does seem to be made well.

I used this product for single arm rows utilizing an Olympic bar. This product could also be used with a standard bar, if needed. Good construction...will definitely hold-up to longtime use. Nice, comfortable, padded handle. The only reason I did not give this product 5 stars versus 4 stars (wish I could give 4.5 stars) is due to the fact that it has no retaining screw. My other products similar to this (Viking Press, Two Handle T-Bar Row, and Bar Holder) all have retaining screws. I recommend this product unless you can find a similar item with the same price point that has a retaining screw.
