Had I taken the time to convert millimeters into inches I wouldn't have ordered this shredder. I was fooled by the description of the shredder as "Commercial office shredder" which it definitely is not. A commercial office shredder would be a large super-shredder (at least that's my idea of what that means) and this is not that by any stretch of the imagination. It's tiny! My powder room trash bin is larger than the bin on this shredder. This might work for someone who has a minimal amount of shredding, keeps up the task on a daily basis and only has a minimal amount of space to store it -- but it would never work in an office. And who needs another thing on their desk - my desk stays crowded already and I want to clear it off, not add something else. The price alone should have forewarned me that this is not what it's described to be but since it's so small, it's not much use to me. I might use it in an emergency if my office sized printer stops working but this is way too small for my needs. I really don't care how many sheets of paper you can feed into it, how noisy it is or anything else if I have to dump the bin every other minute. I could only recommend this for someone who is looking for a shredder that will receive minimal use and needs one that will fit into a small space but as for being a commercial office shredder: it's not -- if that's what you're looking for then you should look elsewhere. I really wanted to give this only a single star because (1) I think the main description of the printer was designed to be deceptive and (2) I think the dimensions were intentionally stated as mm and not inches as a way of supporting this deception. I ended up giving it 2 stars because it does work adequately and would be ok as an apartment sized or desktop shredder; had it been described accurately it would have gotten a 4 - 5 star review. ... show more

    • The container was smaller than I expected, but the motor was good.
It worked pretty well, but I had to empty the container several times because the container was small. I did have a lot to shred, so after a while, the motor was pretty hot. I had to stop for about 15 minutes until it cooled off enough to continue. I don't think this will be too much of a problem with the normal amount of papers to shred.
