Took over 30 mins to make ice, only made 4 sets of ice then prompted with an “E2” error code. Tried powering off/on error code remains. Instruction manual doesn't list an "E2" code. Order this in a pinch for an event and ended up having to go buy ice.

This product was making ice fine until about 3 months into purchasing it. I have tried every trouble shooting step and still does not work. There is no link to contact the seller so I guess I am out of luck. Expensive appliance for only 3 months of use.

The media could not be loaded. We got this ice maker for my husband’s business. He works in construction and uses a lot of ice to keep water cold. He was spending $5-7 per bag of ice each day before getting this ice maker. The ice maker is super easy to use. My husband saves time and money now that he isn’t going to a gas station each morning. The ice maker is fast and quiet and easy to maintain clean. It can be hooked up directly to a water line or you can use the 5 gallon jug option. It comes with a nice ice scooper too. Very convenient!

I am using bottle water and the bottle refuses to vent and the water goes into the machine causing the bottle to collapse. I have to lit up the bottle once a day to release the air pressure.

Does a great job keeping up with our ice consumption. Plumbing it into our water line was easy and makes it way easier than having to put water bottles on it. It pumps out ice very quickly, even at the thickest setting. My only suggestion would be to get a metal scoop as the plastic one feels like it may break when chopping up the thickest cubes.
