There are so many things I could say about this machine. I will try to keep it as short as possible. Here goes.... It was packed in a stout wooden crate with steel fasteners, and styrofoam on the inside to keep it from moving and to protect the machine. Very impressive. It took a few minutes to unpack, but as soon as I saw it, I could tell this thing was no joke. It's very heavy, and took me and my son both to get it into the house. The machine and all included parts are quality, I am a mechanically inclined guy and I could instantly tell. It took all of 5 minutes to assemble. I followed the instructions and did a quick rinse, then mixed up some ice cream mix (Frostline mix, also bought on Amazon). Powered the unit on, and started the freeze cycle. I started the timer on my phone, and in literally 8 minutes, this thing was dispensing soft serve. The touch screen is large and very intuitive, and extremely simple to use. The ice cream texture was perfect, and VERY cold. Both of my kids, my wife, and myself were amazed by how good it was. We left the machine on and had ice cream on tap for several hours. The machine cycles on and off to keep the ice cream ready to dispense at any time. Once we were done with it for the night, I simply ran it through a few defrost cycles, dispensed the liquid ice cream mix back into a pitcher and put it in the fridge. Then ran the machine through a cleaning cycle, then shut it off. It was simple and quick to clean. Here is the bottom line..... these are relatively expensive, but there is a reason for that. What you are paying for is convenience, speed, consistency, and high output. Growing up, we had a homemade ice cream maker (the kind that uses a motor, ice, salt, and spins). It was always a lot of work for dad to make ice cream, and it took about 2 hours before the ice cream was ready to eat. Plus a lot of clean up, mess, noise, etc. This is next level. You get what you pay for here, it is like having Dairy Queen in your kitchen. You only live once, and this thing will flat out put a smile on everyone's face. I am beyond impressed.

Finally a great machine. I have purchased many Chinese made machines over the years but this is the first one that is accurately described. The unit arrived in perfect condition, setup was easy and it makes a great product-of course this will be affected by your mix. Cleanup was easy too. I could not be more happy. Instructions are a little weak but the machine is simple to operate.

Purchased this for large family get togethers and everyone loves it. The factory settings were perfect and no adjustments were needed. We decided to use it at our granddaughter's wedding reception dinner. One of the puffing tube O rings broke on first disassembly and cleaning. It came with some spares, but I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly at the reception dinner so I contacted the factory about buying more O rings and explained why. They responded promptly and sent me spare parts at no charge. Great customer service. We had the wedding and after the reception dinner, the machine had a line of people and it dispensed 48 times that evening and we never had to wait for it to catch up. I used 2 1/2 gallons of pre-made 4% fat soft serve mix for 48 servings. Everyone loved it and the topping bar we had set up. This is a great machine and I am glad I bought it. Highly recommend and can’t wait to use it over the holiday season.

Makes fabulous soft serve ice cream in the perfect texture!!! 🍦 I bought this machine, so I could have ice cream whenever I wanted, without having to drive and wait in line. I also wanted to make a protein ice cream as a better alternative to a daily protein shake. However, this is a machine that you make a whole batch at a time, and freeze the extras. You do need to disassemble the parts to clean after each use, and thankfully the parts are relatively easy to break down. You do have to make a certain amount at a time, so if you just want one cone, you will need to freeze the extras. My fantasy of having an ice cream machine to use at will, is more of a project, if I get the craving for some ice cream, but it’s still exciting to make soft serve at home. I freeze the extras and they do okay for a week or two. You can make ice cream out of just about anything. I have made dairy free protein ice cream with collagen powder and creatine powder, old fashioned custard, low-calorie water based ice cream, etc. The less fat, the more the texture becomes crystallized and takes on the homemade texture, vs the creamier texture, which the crystallized texture is my personal favorite. The vanilla Frostline ice cream powder mix is the best! You can mix with water and/or your milk of choice, and use less or more powder to get your desired sweetness. I use mainly added water for mine. Check out YouTube for assembly and cleaning instructions. The instruction manual that comes with is not the best.
