It may be and OEM, not sure about that, but fit and worked perfectly.

Exact fit for my old Generac

My previous switch failed for an older Generac 13,000 watt surge, 7,500 watt running generator. This switch was reasonably priced (not much to it actually) and delivery was decent time. Looks identical to the old switch. I had to disconnect the old switch when I needed the generator for this hurricane season, with three power outages. I had a bit of a difficult time locating the part number but finally found this one and it was a perfect fit. I used teflon tape around the threads. No leaks and generator now runs fine.

My neighbors Generac generator quit running. A diag revealed a failed oil pressure switch. (You can disable the switch, but that comes with the risk of seizing your engine.) I installed the new switch and everything runs like a top. He even got an oil change with the install.
